Not really a bad parent for owning a gun. A bad parent would have they're guns laying around, loaded and unlocked. Mine are locked in a mini gun safe. Not loaded. And the mini safe is out of reach and site from my son. Safety is a big deal for me. They thing I fear most in life is my son or an innocent person getting hurt ! Despite what this book's cover looks like. I'm a pretty down to Earth person. And respect people and except people for who they are.

I don't see why you all are making a big deal about im owning a gun. Just because he has one doesn't make him a killer or anything. Hunting is fairly popular around here, so lots of people have guns. As long as your careful and aren't using them to break the law, then it's fine in my book.

Thanks ! I am suprised we look alike as much as we do. My girlfriend (his mom) ,
is from the Philippines. We thought he'd be a bit more tan. And have black hair. I guess the Norwegian in me was pretty dominant . I am a fourth Native American ( but it's not very noticable). He does tan alot better too ! I burn easy. I almost gotta put on sunscreen just to watch TV LOL !
