Hey, what's Halloween without costumes? Come as your favourite Beyblade character! Whether you're from Bakuten Shoot, V Force, G Revolution, or Metal Fight, let's see which character you can best represent! For some great character references from the old series as well as the current series, check out Kai-V's website, Beyblade Spirit.
At the beginning of the tournament, everyone in Beyblade Costumes will get up on stage and I'll announce the usernames of the users wearing costumes. After round three, I will tally up the winners and announce who wins a brand new Phantom Orion. The Phantom Orion will only be given out if the contest has 5 or more entries.

Okay, this is reason enough to play BY ITSELF. For every round you play in the tournament, I will give you a piece of candy. Please alert me of your allergies if you have any so I don't give you something that will cause you harm. It's double elimination so you are guaranteed two pieces of candy from the start. This means Cye will finally want to win a tournament.
- ALL STADIUMS I BRING ARE FOR OFFICIAL PLAY ONLY. If you want to bring your own stadium, that will be a free play stadium. None of my stadiums will be used outside of official play.
- BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. Especially me. Someone remind me. There is a hot dog cart nearby, but I'm sure you all want something more substantial in your stomachs.
- IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR A PASSPORT, BUT DO NOT HAVE THE PASSPORT FACE you must contact a committee member (Kei, Daegor42, Kai-V, Blitz, or Heart) about that. I am no longer honouring guesswork of what other hosts have and have not reported. If you do not have the face, you will have to pay fees. Take care of this now while you still have notice. It's written right here so don't whine to me. This means you, Sircancer28.
- YOUR PASSPORT MAY HAVE EXPIRED. If you had purchased a passport at MorningMess's tournament last year, your passport has expired. If you purchased one at Ikki's tournament, then you're in luck, this is your last day to use it. However, if it rains on Saturday and we have to move this to Sunday, your passport will be officially expired. Check to make sure everything is valid before you come!
- BE CAREFUL OF YOUR BELONGINGS. There are ALWAYS thefts at large outdoor events in NYC. Keep your parts close. Also, if there is a stadium that is not yours, DO NOT TAKE IT. Actually, this applies to everything that is not yours. Return everything you find to me, please.
- THIS TOURNAMENT WILL RUN MINIMUM 3 HOURS. Please tell your parents this. You can leave earlier if you lose (we don't recommend it as you should practice for the next tournament), but you should be up front about this time frame.

and from every one walking, to not get sued (from a slipper) they would have to already cleaned to area up!
As far as parks are concerned, we need a park permit. They can disband us for trespassing and operating without a permit. Furthermore, areas outside the city have a foot or more of snow. This weekend is unsafe. No means no.
I will be going to cp to tell anybody who has not read this the news. I'll bring a stadium in case i see 8 people and then I'll move us outside the park. Come at your own risk.
If you live outside the city, do not come. The roads still have ice on them.
and if the torney is now, is the costume contest also now?
For now, if people show up in the park, I have to round them up and bring them the news.
is queens in nyc?

I'll be heading out in a few minutes.
Guys, although I will be going in a sorta-of DJ outfit, no costume contest. Please dress warm if you are coming. We will not be battling in the park.

If you encourage such things, I will show up just to tell people to go home.
The last time I tried to brave weather for a Beyblade tournament, The Problem and I did a 360 on the garden state expressway through three lanes and slammed into a guard rail. Going to a tournament is not worth risking your car or your lives if there is a better one next weekend.

(Oct. 30, 2011 2:23 PM)GaHooleone Wrote: Agreed with Dei here. There's absolutely no need for you to literally risk your lives to play a game of spinning tops. You'll risk your pride as a blader next week anyways, I'd rather do that than risk my life. :\Any parent that would drive their kid in this needs to have their head examined anyway. Killerspinner's dad called me this morning and apparently, he's running his house off of a generator.
