I have yet to see a dragoon in ANY retail store or Buster dran and wizard rod and Hells hammer I have seen NONE and sadly will most likely NOT see any

You can buy Tyranno Beat and Hell's Hammer. If someone sells by parts. That will do so you can maximize what parts you should need. Less cheaper or maybe a lil' bit higher price but you can assure the parts you need.

Buy the UX-10 set, I’ll estimate its price at 60.
Then buy the Phoenix Wing string launcher set

Then throw in samurai saber hold launcher set and then Dran brave, then idk.
