Hi, I'm Akio and this is my fan fiction for Avatar: The Last Airbender. I know what your thinking, its that your tired of me writing bad stories and ditching them, that's just me, I hope you get amusement from this and think it`s good.
Prologue
In the Avatar world, a new Nation has been discovered, its called the United States of Roku . The new avatar is a boy named Max. It's his first day of Kindergarten and he's very nervous about it, his big brother Alex is a master Firebender, Lavabender, and he can use lightning like nobody's business, Max just wants to learn how to bend, but Max and Alex will have to face the Anti-Benders, mutant beasts that stop bending until they are destroyed, and the power hungry Xavier, King of all Anti-Benders.
Chapter 1: A New Avatar, A New World
Hi, my name's Alex and my little brother Max is the new avatar. I know that we're supposed to know that until he's sixteen, but he can Firebend (with smoke),Earthbend (with pebbles), Airbend (breezebend) but he's a great Waterbender. Its my first day of 6th Grade today, and his first day of kindergarten, I hope he's not too scared, he kind of... has a lot of phobias. Yeah, that sounds right. "Come out Max, you have to go to school. What if I took you to the arcade after school today?" I said to Max. "Ok-k-k-kay" he stuttered. I picked him up and ran out the door " Hey, at least let me get my backpack." he said to me."I`ll get it." I replied as I shoved the door open and grabbed both our backpacks then slammed the door shut. A few minutes of boredom later, the bus came and we had another hour of boredom until we got to school. "Bye, Max" I said "See you tonight, at the arcade." he said with a small smile, which made me smile too. At recess Max was sitting on the blacktop hoping someone would be his friend. Max heard two voices, "What are we going to do to this kid, Taro?" A very low voice said. "We should do this." Replied Taro as he slammed Max with a huge boulder... Suddenly, a bolt of lightning whizzed by Taro's face and broke the boulder apart. "Don't touch Max ever again, got it?" I said. " Oh you want to fight me, bring it on." Taro said. "Fine" I responded. I grabbed a rock off the ground, and Taro made a boulder then threw it at me with Earthbending, I threw my little rock at it. "A pebble, how stupid are you!" Taro screamed."Take a close look, Genius, my pebble is pushing your rock back." I said to sound annoying while the pebble shoved the boulder back into the earth. "How did you do that, Cheater?" Taro asked in rage. "Easy, I bended magma into this pebble here, then shoved your rock in the ground, I've won.
Chapter 2: Training Days Part 1
Max and I were at the arcade, playing video games and wasting quarters while this weird looking bald kid jumped straight through the window, seconds later an older bald person jumped through the window. "I think we've found him, Master Jin." Said the Kid. "I do too, Gyatso" Replied Jin. "You in the blue, you're the avatar, right?" Gyatso said to Max. "Y-Y-Yes, I am" Stuttered Max. "Don't talk to strangers Max, especially Hippies in strange clothes." I scolded. " S-Sorry Alex, I didn't mean to."Max said. "We're not hippies" Said a ticked off Gyatso, then a surprisingly calm Jin responded. "Even though that is not the exact way to put it, we are quite groovy. Stay calm Gyatso, Airbenders aren't famous for their tempers. Young avatar, you need an Airbending teacher, no?" Max about spoke, but didn't say a word. "Hey, you won't teach my brother anything unless you can get through me." I announced. "I agree to spar you as long as no one gets hurt." Gyatso answered. "Well need to go outside before we trash anything." I agreed. I started by throwing a fireball at him and he obviously dodged it and returned the favor by giving me a nice wind on a hot August day. "Ahhhh, that's nice." I sighed. Next I did my Dragon Breath move and that time he barely got away as I shot some lightning at him and missed by a long shot. ZAP! ZAP! ZAP! I keep missing and its really bugging me. "You'll need to work on that accuracy, but it was crazy hard to get away from all your attacks, all I heard was BAM, BAM, ZAP, BOOM! So can my master teach your little brother?" Gyatso said. "Sure, he needs an Airbending mentor, I was just seeing how Airbending helps in a fight."
