I have extra launchers and an extra grip as well, and some Plastics/Burst beyblades to lend, (most are terrible, but it's always better than nothing I'd say, haha.)
I have an NIB Master Dragoon I'd be happy to donate as a prize Also, I have some stuff for MissingNo. too, so maybe we can organize some way to get it to you.
I unfortunately will not be able to make it and based on when my contract ends it doesn't seem like I'll be able to make it to another Montreal tournament ;(
Hm, it looks like we will be very tight on attendance: I will be coming with MissingNo. and his brothers, so that is four. Nocto will be there, and eleanorawesome is also supposed to come, so six. loyd87 should also be present and bring with him Krustyburger and perhaps his daughters, so hopefully we are more than OK to reach the minimum of seven participants. It is really sad that D!CE cannot be there, damn.
I just hope that all of our efforts will be rewarded with very little rain. It is supposed to be spread lightly across the afternoon anyway... If we really need to, I will try asking the staff at the venue hall near the centre if we can use one of their wings once again, if they have no event planned.
Well, if you want to play Plastics in a BeyStadium Attack Type, then bring yours, but other than that yes, if you could bring your Burst stadium that would be great, because I might have to open one of my new ones hah.
I just got back home. We were only seven, but clearly absolutely each of you were necessary, so thank you very much for attending. Highlighting HMS & Plastics Remembrance Day is very important for me. Nobody really used stock or bad combinations, since there was a lot of sharing, so the battles were a lot more competitive than I would have expected hah.
Here is the top three, even if seven players means that only the top winner will receive the Gold Face and an additional Credit:
And right as we had set up all the mats and stadiums and I was about to call the first match, a typhoon started to fall on us hah. We had to pack everything and relocate after a while, but even with the restaurant's covered wing and some walls, there was rain coming through the gates in the windows. Anyway, even if we were cramped against a wall, I think it was worth it in the end.
