What ? Read the Event Guide. Round Robin is probably the fairest format, but you can only have less than approximately fifteen participants.

Alright, if everybody shows up, we have 23 participants. If more than twenty participants show up within a reasonable amount of time (5-10 minutes after 2:30 PM), I'll switch to Double Elimination. If not, we will just proceed with Round Robin Block.

It really depends if no one else is using them first, which is highly unlikely. They're normally empty. Besides, I don't think it will be that hard to identify. The tents are only a few feet away from eachother.
