Meteor Dragoon is actually my favorite Beyblade!  

Since you don’t have 7-70 or 7-60, my recommendations are 0-60, 0-70, or 9-60 with Elevate, Point, or Yielding.

Should I put mine on free bal or level, I already have 7-70

Personally, I think that Level would be better because Level will be a little bit more aggressive and has better spin-stealing ability.  

Free Ball is also a good choice, but it won’t have as much spin-stealing ability, and 7-70 won’t hold it as well as it does with Level.

Glide works super well too.  In my opinion, Level still works better though.
