LONDON RISING
BeyDays Ver.

London, UK - 16 May 2015

We started the Revival again in 2015. At first London Rising was a "Work In Progress", but now we have evolved to the next level.

London has Risen from the Ashes and we are back just in time.

2015
LONDON
BeyDays is here
Welcome to the next generation of London Beyblading.

Time:
The tournament itself will start at 12:00pm, so as a guide, aim to arrive for 11:30am. The Tube and public transport services are not very reliable, so plan your journey well in advance.

Location:
Regent's Park. We shall be at the Bandstand like ye olden days.

Directions:
Here is a map of Regent's Park. Head to the area marked Bandstand. We suggest taking the London Underground or Bus to Baker Street.

Tournament Format:
Standard MFB Format. We will be doing Round Robin, seeing as we have a small participant pool. But hey, more battles, more fun! Block Round Robin once we get over 12 participants, so be ready for either!

Price:
As usual, all participants must pay a £3 fee. We accept cash only!
If you have a valid Blader Passport, entry is free. Blader Passports can be purchased on the day for £6 and last a whole year! Absolute bargain!

Prizes:
Well, I have now got prizes from my stash I'm willing to give to the winners! Please note that although they may not be top tier parts. Sorry! Credits and Face Boosters will still be awarded!

Hosts and Judges:
This tournament is being hosted by Manicben, somewhat of a veteran and tournament host. I have chosen Ultra and UNKNOWN (depending on numbers) to be judges this time round, due to their support and experience. If you have any queries, either here or on the day, feel free to PM Manicben or talk to one of us on the day, we would be happy to help!

Important Advice:
Despite being around friends and rivals, please remember we are in a public park. Bad behaviour and swearing will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from future events. Please keep your personal belongings with you or in a safe place while at the bandstand. If you see any personal items left around with no apparent owner, please hand it in to a judge, so we can return it to its rightful owner. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Remember to turn up on time. If you arrive later than 12:30pm, your place will be forfeit and you will not be able to participate.

Message from the Hosts:
Woohoo, BeyDays is here and we made it just in time! Thanks to everyone for helping out and confirming early! We will try to have more events, i.e. back to once a month, and please note the upcoming August Burst event. See y'all then.

Confirmed Attendees:

Manicben
Ultra
Blitz
LeeDraciel
xHB_SAUCEx
_Avenger_
_BlueWolfFang_
AtomicCasanova

Unconfirmed Attendees:

Glad this tournament is going ahead and is official; can I upload a video about this tournament on my channel?
Of course mate! I want to make a logo/banner for this one, so I'd recommend waiting a couple of days so I can get the image to you.

This one should be good, extra Beylotto entries, extra swag and finally some prizes from my beloved stash...

i really wish i could come but i have to revise Tired. I think ill be okay to come to any tournaments after the 18th of june(last exam yaaay!). have fun you guys, hope you get more attendees.
I'll bring my 2 bb-10's and mats/cardboard depending on what i can find haha. Just as a heads up I have a nib Dranzer V for sale and possibly a few other bits pm me for details. See you all there!
We try to make it as quick as possible, but it all depends on how many people turn up and how many of them are on time. I can say it will last at least 3 hours including the finals. Probably not more than 4 hours.
Sorry for the double post, but the tournament is this Saturday, yet we are still one blader short.
I know people are starting exams around this time, but it would be amazing if someone could come join us and make this happen.

Spam them contacts. I've tried PMing the people who attended last time, but try Facebook and other social media. And where is ThePokeBlader when you need him...
There's gotta be someone who can bring a parent or a friend!

I'll make a post about the event on our Facebook. Hopefully that will help.

Edit: Just posted it. https://www.facebook.com/WorldBeybladeOr...5215997946

Yeah he lost them Wink Good day as usual. Manic leaving China Town. Hope everyone enjoyed the day!
Thanks for coming everyone!
As usual, the results:

3rd - Ultra
2nd - Blitz
1st - xHB_SAUCEx by a huge margin, 7 wins 1 loss!

Great to see new people and the veterans. We had two girls join us this time round! And one of them happened to be HB_SAUCE's gf! Surprise!
I also sold a Samurai Ifraid and Zero-G grip NIB to some random Spanish family. Speaking a mix of English and Spanish was worrying but nonetheless was rewarding in the end.

Results will be submitted later today hopefully and a proposal will go through for next months limited format tournament. See ya'll there!
The event sounded awesome! I wanted to come and say hi but I'm too busy with exams at the moment. Congratulations to xHB SAUCEx too!

I've been watching your old youtubes Ben and Matt; I enjoyed them a lot.
Congrats to the placers!

Why thanks!
There's a limited on 20th June hopefully, why not come join us! Decent reason to bust out the old one, if you still have them that is! Grin

We are going well, managing to get 7 participants per tournament so far. Hopefully we can bring that up to 8 so more faces can be given out. And yes xHB_SAUCEx, I will mention the DJ face to the higher ups. ;D
Glad the day went well and everyone had fun xD, sorry I couldn't make it Unhappy

Would love to be there for the limited!
When will the results be published? My page looks so blank, hehe! Pinching_eyes_2
