Lightweight Format: Thoughts and Tierlist

Hey yall! Lately there have been a few tournaments in North Carolina featuring a "Lightweight" or "Featherweight" format, where all CX blades and blades >35g in weight are banned. I wanted to see what y'all thought of this, some combos/parts that you think would be good, and some general observations.

You could probably also find some results in the Tournament Results forum.
This ban list is very similar to the X Limited format also proposed by KIO, Tuckwolf and a few other people. They had a few test run events and so far with the banlist they created it has gone pretty much smoothly.

One thing I would recommend is weight is a big part, yes, but also if a Bey is heavier than the range, it must have some drawback that makes it game-balanced as a part.
Parts like Golem may be banned if there is a concern for "Deck Dominance" a part everyone must run on their Deck to win at all.
Theres a lot more discussion in the linked thread so might want to check it out.
