:: Cyclone/Tornado Discussion ::
Hey guys, I'm back with ANOTHER limited format discussion thread! Over the metal wheel Cyclone!
To me, it looks like such an amazing part for attack, especially on low tracks. Well, lets get right into the tests to see if my suspicions were true or not! I have high hopes!
Equipment
Attack Type Bey stadium
Launcher grip
Beylauncher L/R
Beylauncher R
The Launch
Get as much as an angle as you can on your launch when doing the sliding shoot without scraping. It has a better chance of getting under the opponent this way.
Tests
MF-H Cyclone Horogium 85R2F vs. MF-H Earth Aquario GB145CS
Cyclone: 11 wins (All KO)
Earth: 9 wins (1 KO, 8 OS)
Cyclone win percentage: 55%
Not to shabby! It actually kind of had some upper smash! It hit it over the wall once!
MF-H Cyclone Horogium 85R2F vs. MF-H Bakushin Leone 85RSF
Cyclone: 0 wins
Bakushin: 20 wins (All OS)
Cyclone win percentage: 0%
This had no chance against low track defense customs. The reason is because Cyclone gets its KOs from the top rather than the sides like most attack metal wheels. It has to get under the defense combo to have any chance of KOing the opponent and when it does, it's pretty consistent!
Gravity in left spin:
MF-H Cyclone Horogium 85R2F vs. MF-L Gravity Perseus D125GCF
Cyclone: 13 wins (All KO)
Gravity: 7 wins (All OS)
Cyclone win percentage: 65%
Woohoo! Finally I found an attacker that does good at defeating that Gravity combo!
Attack tests will be up tomorrow! Post what you guys think!
