Deck #1
Wizard Rod 1/60 Free Ball
Cobalt Dragoon 9/60 Zap
Silver Wolf 0/70 Hexa

Deck #2
Scorpio Spear 3/60 Taper
Phoenix Wing 1/60 Low Rush
Hover Wyvern 4/60 Cyclone

I know a lot of people don't like Zap, but it is great for Cobalt Dragoon because it is quite aggressive, but also has the potential to spin steal on a flat launch. I've done a bit of testing and it can beat Rod pretty consistently.

I know it would be better to just name it "Rate my deck" or smth, but that would be unfun
I’d have to give a 8.5, run rod 1-60h, silver Wolf 9-60fb and phoenix wing 3-60lr would be slightly more solid but it’s completely down to ur preference
I kinda hate wizard Rod 1/60 hexa, it just pisses me off. hexa should be put on an actual defensive blade and free ball belongs to stamina. do you run silver wolf on a 60 height ratchet genuinely

Yeah, of course, the undisputed best silver wolf combo is 9-60 free ball, you need that sixty height to minimise burst risk and the lower centre needed to cover over free ball as it is nearly frictionless and easy to ko
Yeah I get that the lower center of gravity is nice, but the ring gets hit more on a 70 height and hexa just naturally has great burst res

I would put rod on un but I lost it

I get it but I have silver wolf and in my opinion, putting on a 70 height for the free spinning blade gimmick to really work is understandable but the free spinning ring isn’t a useful as most people think
If the free spinning ring isn't being used it's just a lighter rod

That spins for longer, all rod users use 1-60 Hexa and Wolf 9-60 free ball usually spins for longer than rod, Wolf is one of the best rod 1-60 Hexa counters alongside spin steal and shark-like attacks
I'm not talking about rod hexa, that's not an optimal stamina combo. If you put both on the same Wizard is gonna easily outspin.

Also no, not all rod users use 1/60 hexa, 9/60 ball is also a common combo
I say I keep that wand wizard and Cobalt dragoon because I used zapped many years ago and I think it's still good and wizard rod is a good meta pick and my third combo will be Scorpio spear 3-60 LR

Rod 1-60 Hexa is so much better than 9-60 ball which no one uses, is has zero defense and gets flicked out into a pocket or extreme with ease, don’t use 9-60 ball on ur rod guys atleast use free ball
The deck is good 9 out of ten I would rate it a ten if you put a shark scale but overall is a super overpowered deck I recommend buying more attack types you don’t have to though some of my friends win tournaments with stamina defense balance no attack LOL they have good launch btw I also have a colbalt dragoon I like your profile picture,

Though luckily you have a colbalt dragoon left spin attack combo that will get you wins though I highly recommend full attack, to cook wizard rod,

I think keel shark is another good buy if you already have it you should try it in tournament!

The deck I’m rating is the deck 1

Zap is also good on beat Tyranno

Deck 1 is a 7.5/10, no comment on deck 2 because I don't have wyvern and I don't feel comfortable commenting on it. The problem here is that Rod is competing with Wolf on Free Ball. If you want the pure meta-style deck, I'd get Rod on Hexa and Wolf on Free Ball with the 9-70 ratchet to minimize burst risks while still getting some extra height for the free-spinning layer to parry attacks. If you're dead set with Rod on Free Ball then I'd give Rod 9-60 and swap out Dragoon's ratchet to 5-60. I don't think sitting in the center and countering with x-dashes is what Silver Wolf wants to do, so I'd disagree with putting it on Hexa. Maybe something else that consistently stays in the center or slowly floats around the stadium would be decent, but Free Ball is by far the best on Silver Wolf. Could try Orbit or Ball or some other stamina bit, maybe even a taller 9-80 ratchet paired with under needle.

As for Dragoon, Zap is not my favorite bit. It tilts a bit too much for my taste. I personally like to use Elevate, Yielding or Disc Ball, depending on whether I have the parts or not.
Guys I finally got dran strike and I tested it a little bit and have settled on a deck 3

Dran Strike 4/60 Free Ball
Wizard Rod 1/60 Hexa
Rock Golem 5/60 Gear Needle

Dran Strike on Free Ball absolutely slams Rod Hexa it's honestly crazy, and Rock Golem is great at destabilizing.
I reluctantly used Rod on Hexa, only because Free Ball is the only ball or orb bit I have so I kinda had to use Hexa

Rock Golem 5/60 GN counters Rod really well also via destabilizing

I didn't use 3/60 or 5/60 because they don't have as good burst resistance

I prefer the og deck and I thought u said people use rod 9-60 b/fb, which would clap Dran strike 4-60 free ball and ur using rod Hexa ur self and u have rock golem, use under needle instead of gear needle
I told you mine broke. I never said rod users don't use Hexa, I simply corrected you when you said all rod users use Hexa. I don't particularly like dran strike very much I'm just trying to make good combos for it that aren't copy paste the meta. I need the 3/70 ratchet, I haven't got it yet. I prefer the first and second as well

My problem with dran is that it just recoil bursts so much

I'm going to a tournament later today the deck I will probably use is rod FB, dran C, golem H or maybe even Phoenix FF I know it's not using one of the decks I already made cuz yeah I realizes those kinda suck, cobalt dragoon on zap is not very good against like anything other than rod which is the only thing i initially tested it against like an idiot. Hey, should I replace Golem Hexa with Scorpio Hexa or keep it, Golem Hexa is pretty consistent and can defend and destabilize, whereas Scorpio is just Scorpio y'know

I have bite croc, not beat tyranno tho

Oooh, I bet I could also probably run Dran Strike 6/70 LR or 9/60 FF, that would be fun. Or also I could use 6/70 FF since Dran naturally wants to downsmash. I could also use Wyvern 4/60 C, I have so many options

Oh also I don't have shark scale or else I definitely would be using it

Good luck with the tournament, I'd probably just ditch Dran Strike and go with Phoenix. Dran Strike's stamina feels kinda meh because of its lack of OWD and unstable top-heavy layer. People seem to like using 9-60 Kick on it, but I've had better results with using Pegasus Blast on the same combo instead. I'll replace Pegasus Blast with Hover Wyvern once I get my hands on the Hells Nether Deck Set. I'll see if Low Flat or Under Flat works well with Dran Strike instead.
I did that last time. Honestly might just ditch golem and use dran and phoenox

Why did it post twice?? Oh I don't have kick also

Try and get it if possible cuz it’s in a decent amount of stores especially in hasbro if u pick up hells reaper/reaper incendio
I ditched Dran and just used Rod FB, Phoenix 6/70 LR, and Scorpio 3/60 Hexa. I also have managed to get so many beyblades but still not have flat. Is that a common experience?? I'll have to pick up Dran Sword I guess

If you're picking up mostly current gen beys then yes, flat isn't super common (unless you buy one of the older random booster packs or terrible hasbro collab packs). Flat is a kinda terrible bit anyway, I can't see many builds using it at all. Flat just burns way too much stamina, doesn't have the movement of Rush or even Low Flat to compensate for it either.
Decent combos just instead of 1-60 fb mb use 9-60 providing a large amount of burst resistance but u can keep the fb it's a op stamina bit and ty for buying hells nether set your deck seems like a anti meta one

8.7/10 nice anti meta deck but now 9.7 since u got hells nether deck set I love this beys design and u gimmick
