Yeah, Hibiki songs are pretty good. I mean, Shounen yo is a pretty good song, IMO.

Heisei is really dramatic, and full of a lot of deep plot shenanigans - in many cases it gets far too involved or morbid or just complex for your average kid to grasp fully. The drama nonsense that goes on is for the older intended audience.
The use of the term cat ladies there was really... unnecessary and not even related. Housewives are not even close to stereotypical cat ladies, and even if they were... did you feel it necessary to say it that way?

That's not a great plot, though? Besides, a unique plot isn't always good anyway, so I don't see why you brought that up.
Name one instance of meaningful character development in Den-O.
Name one part of the plot that wasn't convoluted.
Heck, just name one good reason for Kai's plot.
I'm not saying Den-O was unenjoyable. It was fun. But saying that it had a great plot is kind of silly.
