James cameron's AVATAR

Movie was nothing special to be honest, just had heaps of hype surrounding it and people were clamouring for a new Titanic (and fulfilled their own expectations). The visuals are stunning (especially if seen in 3rd) but the plot is annoyingly predicatable (and basically is a copy paste of Pocahontas's plot) and very wishy washy. I was cheering for the humans rather than the aliens during the final fight, especially the evil colonel guy, who just wouldn't die. He was badass. Other characters were all sissies compared to him.
This was a B grade sci-fi movie that got injected with $400 million of CGI
i wish they would have put this much effort into star wars

My bad. Enough people actually think that way to the point that it's become a pet peeve of mine.
And MEtalFightKai which star wars do you mean because atleast the first three had a somewhat original plot that wasn't Dances with Wolves in Space.
