Is this Wizard Arrow blade still legal for tournaments? legal for tournamets?

This blade is still legal, as long as any of the inner parts of the bey aren’t exposed it’s alright to use. Even if a bit of the metal is chipped.

Thanks, the bow tip metal is actually  mostly dented in, I weight it and the full combo is only 0.003 grams light than the first day I weight it.

It dent a little bit upwards rounded off, so that is why it is slightlthly covering the slit near the tip.
