I’m preparing to enter my first tournament since February, and I’m wondering if the WaleWave blade is still a good pick for my deck compared to other options like PhoenixWing, CobaltDragoon, WizardRod, or SilverWolf
Is WhaleWave still viable?
Cobalto dragoon is good but insted Of elevate do. 1-60 And rush good on Hem ball bit And 960 on Wizard Phoenix stock or 160 rush but i use a whole dran deck like dran sword i use his stock then i use Buster 160 low rush then Brave dran 960 low flat
But it depends what combo he has do

Whale Wave is definitely still viable. I see it at tournaments consistently. It's maybe a tier below those other options you mentioned, but it can still hold its own. I like it on 5-60 Kick.
I don't see Hem no tournements so idk what to say but i do ser alot. Of Tidal Wave with a rush but 560

I usually go with Wizard on ball, and Phoenix on either Rush or Point but debating on replacing Phoenix with Dragoon if Whale is going in the deck

I love Whale Wave but its inconsistent imo. A recent combo ive been using and hits like a truck is, WhaleWave 6-60L.

Yea he was talking about what bey he should replace with whale wave
Silver wolf is good but I prefer rod, dragoon and use wave whale
I've been playing with a tall Whale (5-80T) and I experimented with a short Whale on a friend's 4-50 ratchet last night, and it definitely performs both ways---downsmash when tall vs uppercut when short. Whale's pretty weighty so it can throw that weight around and/or eat hits from lighter blades. Experiment with bits and I think he's worth a slot for variety's sake if nothing else.
WhaleWave is fine. At 38-38.5 grams, it's still a viable Attacker, even if it's not the pinnacle like SharkScale or AeroPegasus.
