I think you should find out the 3 formats and their banlist and talk with your kids about what the like, remember the experimental GT format as well.

I would say if your doing burst. Super king or Dynamite Battle I don't know much about metal fight or shogun steel

Also get Takara Tomy beys. Not Hasbro if your gonna go competitive or casual. Hasbro is trash with beyblade except for switchstrike
