I think the majority of us know how to customize and I really don't think there's a such thing as the "strongest bey"

All my life I had a strong love for dragons,but when I met beyblade I found the right dragon for me...But tell me what is a dragon?A huge crazy lizard like fire breathing monster? To me a dragon is a symbol of strength power,dominance.

If it's the HWS system, and if 4D counts, Duo does better than Basalt, MF Duo Aquario BD145RDF does a little better, in terms of defense.

There really is no strongest, it would have to be decided on every factor, way to win, stadium, quality of beyblade etc
