Homemade Beyblades

And about lego beyblades, in order to make one with a fair design you'd have to use one of those wide toothed gears. Anything else will hardly spin even with a conventional weight distribution.

i can make one to the lancher size so no need for gears

Damn man, that's freaking epic o.o What did you use to make those beyblades anyways?

I think this was asked before, but would it be possible to make a BB from wood? Not completely out from wood though but with a little wood, metal for some other parts etc. etc.
Coincidence lol- I came across that video this very morning Grin Does anyone know how they made them, that spiky one in particular?
I have a feeling they used some odd car components, and a third world ignition component from some third world work vehicle. The launchers are hilarious, CD power!!!!
All I know is that they used metals and magnets.
i made an rc engine gear bmf Joyful_2
i did it with ldragoeats food and his dad
it actually work would it be legal?
Guess Speechless

And I can tell how they made the launcher.

Well I got bored today and made a "beyblade"
It's really not hard, all you need is a bolt, a nut, and something round (washers are nice too I guess).

Then you need something with a bearing in it for a launcher (you could even use a skateboard wheel).

Sorry McFrown.

Spintops (the skilltoy) probably outperform your skateboard wheel.

I know the tops in this vid are pre-made but people can make tops like that on their own.
LOLOLOL.

That truly does make a difference, though.

:'[ my main form of transport is another man's spinning toy.
(carpark got flooded)
