I was wondering, is Pheonix on rip fire OP? So, I did the testing against B3 0b Br and here are the results. (All tests are 5 rounds)

dP4 RFG RFU (odd) vs. B3 0b Br (even)
Pheonix win rate: 0%
Balkesh win rate: 100% (5 outspins)

Ok, balance does not seen good, lets try variable

dP4 RFG RFV vs. B3 0b Br
Pheonix win rate: 0%
Balkesh win rate: 100% (5 outspins)

Oof, now time for revolve

Pheonix win rate: 40% (2 outspins)
Balkesh win rate: 60% (3 outspins)

So they’re definitely not overpowered by any means, however I would try something other dP4, as it has no metal. Something like SrS3 or maybe Turbo Spryzen, depending on how good it is.
