Hasbro Metagame Stadium & Combo Testing 2! Updates!!

There is absolutely zero testing to prove anything what you just said. Show us some testing and maybe we will believe you..

Launching a bey at a bit less than 90 degrees?

Are you crazy?

Recommend (MF-H basalt / diablo bull 90 XF/WF/RF/R2F)

This is hasbro meta so we can only use things that have been released by hasbro, you have named a few parts that cant be used yet.

Woops forgot sorry
But a MF basalt bull 85 XF is the best combO I've seen work in the half pipe
>Half-Pipe

You're suggesting that to win, you roll a Basalt combo up a slope on the half-pipe? You do realize that you'll be spinning for max 15 seconds and there will be zero control?

Just use a pure defense type (Freaking BD145RS would probably work here, definitely spins for 15 sec+) to stop it, and watch and laugh as it dies.

Im saying that a good combo for attack is basalt bull 85 XF
But for the 90o drop the only beyblade that can master it is grand capricorn
You are making zero sense.
In Hasbro meta.
Which makes zero sense.

Almost anything will OS grand plus massive scraping. seriously do some proper testing then talk.

I HAVE! DO YOU EVEN HAVE THIS GAY STADIUM? NO, NO YOU DON'T. IF YOU DID YOU WOULD OF KEPT ON TRYING IT OUT UNTIL YOU GOT IT RIGHT! AND EVERYTIME I DO IT THE OTHER BEY GOES FLYING OUT WITH GRAND CAPRICORN 145 D HAVING ENOUGH STAMINA TO SPIN FOR ANOTHER MINUTE! SO JUST SHUT UP AND DON'T SAY carp UNTIL YOU PERFECT IT!
Wow I hate auto correct
Stupid-stiff = carp o.O that's weird
What are you using it against, if its anything half decent then i applaud you for making a terrible bey win by scraping. but i doubt so.

Anyway if anybody wants some testing in the bolt blast or triple battle stadiums i can do so.
Wow you are getting really stressed, calm down, how many times 'have you tested this combo, grand is outclassed for defence and attack so if it's doing so well basalt should do better
Burn Gil D125MB vs Earth Libra UW145EWD

Burn Gil D125MB: Wins: 14 Losses:6 70%
Earth Libra UW145EWD: Wins: 6 Losses:1 30%

Note: All losses were due to sleep-outs. There were no stadium outs during this testing.

Usage Info:
Stadium: Lion's Lair
Launcher: Beylauncher R
Grip: Standard Hasbro Grip
Banking: None
Launched First: Burn Gil D125MB

>Gil
>UW145

no. Even for Hasbro, I'm pretty sure that those aren't too good.
Firstly, you should have alternated the launches as they're both stamina combinations.

Secondly, what was the actual point of those tests? They're both random combinations so no one can learn anything from them.

lol what are you doing?

Did you think either of those combinations had any use competitively in the meta?
Nope.avi

Anyways, as requested my Uwik, over the next few days I will be building a tier list, since we haven't really made an "official" one, I guess I might as well give another shot at it.
=D

All I have had time to do are some of the analysis of the tier list (most people would be normal and make the list 1st) I actualy have most of the parts about attack types done, but there are still things I would like to chnage and add before I post. I have had no time to make a proper tier list. In Hasbro meta it is just easier to say what isnt good, hahaha.

Raigeko, any tier list you have would probobly be 100x better than mine. You provide the likst, I will provide analysis for those who give a damn Wink
Meteo L-Drago 100HF V.S Earth Bull AD145WD
20 Rounds, 1 tie redone
Stadium: MXS No craters
Launchers: Right spin LL2, Left spin LL2 (I Gave away my Hasbro ripcords and launchers, LOL)
Launching Conditions: Both launched at 100%, MLD was banked a bit, EB shot first.
MLD Mode: Barrage

MLD Win %: 85% (17/20)
EB Win %: 15% (3/20)

Results:
Should I have put an MF on Earth?
Yes, however, because MF is so scarce in Hasbro, it is optional, as very few opponents would even have an MF.

MLD actualy got a decent amount of KO's. Very nice. Oh the beauty of MXSNC =D

Same conditions.
MF Earth Bull AD145WD v.s MLD 100HF

MLD Win %: 85% (17/20)
EB Win %: 15% (3/20)

Notes: Not much KOing going on here, but MLD still works exceptionally well. All KOes from earth were because of MLD hitting hard and flying into the pocket, LOL. Might want to put an MF onto MLD too, since I have 2 Hasbro ones...

Details.
EDIT: Ugghhh BBcode...
wut. I thought putting MF's onto a Stamina combo decreased its spin time??
It does. But it also decreases the amount of times it gets KOed.
I did 2 tests. One with just Earth Bull AD145WD and one with MF Earth Bull AD145WD.
Earth combos with WD are balance types by nature. Stamina seems to be the most dominant trait, but defense attributes are there. As such, adding an MF would almost flip an Earth WD combo to the other side of the spectrum, specificly a balnce type with defesne as the main trait and stamina as secondary.
(Mar. 13, 2012  9:59 AM)Lynxx Wrote: wut. I thought putting MF's onto a Stamina combo decreased its spin time??

Adding Metal Faces improve spin-time ..
Oh, lol had it the wrong way round.
MF's on attack types seem no decrease spin time due to the weight and force of them traveling around the stadium. Defense and Stamina combos spin time increases because they tend to stay in one place and the centrifugal force helps them stay balanced.
