Color Scheme: Shiny Raikou
Details: Raikou's Body, Entei's Head and those spikes on his back, Suicune's Mane,

It can't be done. Torterra's feet are to big. I tried.

It can't be done. Torterra's feet are to big. I tried.
Just scale the feet to the size of the body you scale by pulling the corner a round the selected border till' its the right size

That would make the feet mis-shapen.
