General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

I dislike it when people think of themselves and not others.

Aaaannnndd that's exactly what you're doing.

As for Zero-G let's not think of that now, it's too far into the future to even begin thinking what they will do with it.

Only four of the 4D metal wheels were ever deep in my opinion. Jade, Fusion, Big Bang, and Diablo had been the only ones that were memorable. Speaking in terms of appeal, not performance.

L'Drago Destroy is only a true 4D top because of F : S. Not much else.
Also I was just wondering, why would the Vulcan Horuseus shown in this video be painted Black and not uncoated like the widespread release?

Lets pray hasbro does something decent with their products

Perhaps we are not worth it. Or, it is a case like with Gravity "Destroyer" where some of them are black, some of them are silver, randomly.

(The issue with Gravity "Destroyer" was not the paint, but the spin direction of the launcher, of course ...)
Maybe they were just trying to save money
That makes little sense, paint looks ugly when it has patches of missing paint all over the place. Also Cosmic is painted in the center. You can't agree and disagree both at once. Unless that is a form of neutrality. If that's the case Hasbro made little sense in that punitive department.

Also, a mold change could be in order. It is Hasbro after all.
My bad for my mis clarification, I meant to say they're probably trying to save money on not painting the widespread release, lime the burn wheel having the words "burn wheel" put into one version and not the other
Hasbro.
Saving money.
No, get out.
Well they're obviously not spending money on good 4ds beys

Exactly, a mold difference. Hasbro could be trying to sweep out design flaws prevalent with Hybrid Wheel tops. Maybe the Blitz breakage issues scared them?

Engineering analysis:

Hasbro could have an imposed density limit for how underweight a part could be. Not that you'd use Blitz legally without its frame, but their design team wasn't comfortable with separate parts having a thinner profile no matter what they are dedicated to. Or how they are supposed to fit. Blitz metal frame is rather thin, thus breakage problems with Takara's release meant compromise on Hasbro's end for Metal Fury.

A controversy over applying Beyblades to age groups, like specific categories might be in question. XTS and Beywheelz may be the only ones intended for the age range above standard releases. The "Fury" customize performance tops are set at a much more consistent level of complexity to that age group through removing mode switches.
That's a good possibility, like the first earth eagle fusion wheel mold being edited
Even though I hate that Hasbro's changing them, the Metal Wheels could possibly have less recoil. Most of the 4D Bottoms were weak in the metagame, so I don't mind seeing them be replaced. However, getting rid of good parts like Triple Height 170 is unacceptable.
The metal wheels will still have (presumably) the same shape as the 4D metal wheels, just that all of the new 4D parts are being fused into one (PC Frame, Metal Frame, Core). So if it's still the same metal wheel, I don't see why recoil could be decreased, but it's Hasbro, so they'll probably hide pocket knives inside of them.. As for your second sentence, you are being just as inconsiderate reggie.

Hmm...perhaps the 1st image of the Metal Fury Vulcan was a test shot for packaging only...in other wprds the images we saw were never shipped themselves, they only provided an example of what was to come.

Anothet possible explination is Kai-V's Gravity Destroyer likening. However, I think that maybe these silver wheeled Vulcans (assuming more than 1 exists) are limited to certain 1st wave releases, almost like 1st editions. Or perhaps these only belong to people who got them befire they were officialy put on the market.

Because Hasbro has already released Vulcan, something similar to the 1st explination sounds right. Personaly, I would not mind a silver Vulcan wheel. No pretty black paint to ruin, and it is a great attack wheel

*I will edit this to make it smaller when I am not late for school =(

Great post man. Well thought out. I would consider this an almost acceptable reason for Hasbro. It makes sense, and from an engineering/product design/
Hasbro economics point of view, this makes sense (even though Hasbro economics dont make sense to us)

I did say almost, Hasbro
Well This might an advantage in some way.... No th170 thats just COLD

I'm not that inconsiderate I just don't like seeing something waste any possible potential, if they invested their money better then they might pull in bigger crowds of customers, and if they made them like takara tomy does then more wbo members would most likely buy them(easier access)
And not the European Bladers and all the others, as always ... ? Can you stop thinking that Hasbro only makes Beyblades for "Americans" ?

Sorry I live in America, its automatically the first thing that comes to mind , I'll edit my post
I'm really tired of this discussion. There is absolutely nothing we can do. I realize that everyone is mad, but there is nothing we can do. Just accept it and look at these as new beyblades and find a tiny ounce of joy in that fact.

And don't use the excuse that some people can not order offline. Yes they can, go to Walgreens and hand then $30 cash and you can get a $25 visa gift card. PayPal will accept these and you can buy online without giving a real credit card number. Ask your parents for help if you are not old enough to do it.

If you live in another country or REALLY can't, then I'm sorry you have real reason to be mad, but most people here are able to use the method I mentioned above.
Everyone should just make they best of what is given to them
I agree in part with Omega. People who have already expressed their feelings towards the situation (including myself) should let it go, because there is basicly nothing we can do about it. Again, I will be emailing Hasbro, but I do not expect anything...

However, people who have yet to share their feelings about this, or if someone who has already posted wishes to make a new point entirly regarding the situation, then those posts should be allowed, and only those posts. But those posts need to be more than just "hasderp". Feelings of discontent are justified, but without proper reasoning, it is just annoying complaints. rememebr to be open-minded and somewhat optimistic about it as well, or atleast try. (This is all general, and not aimed at one specific person) For those of you that cant stand this conversation, then do not take part in it. It is that simple

Atleast that is what i think should be done anyway from this point on...it is really up to the mods

I myself have nothing left to say about this, so this will be the last post I make soley on this issue (unless in the unlikely occurance that I get a half-decent reply from hasbro, which I wont)
Could we stop posting on this topic for the moment? I think we've discussed enough of hasbro's decision, and I think the last few pages can decide that. Really, let's just give it a break.
As long as people adhere to the rules and keep their posts from outwardly being hateful, it is still fine for unexpressed opinions to be announced, given the circumstances...

I, for one, remain optimistic that new uses may come about for these parts due to this change, but it is a slim possibility.
no one ever listens to me but a lot of you are talking about having to rely on ebay to get your beys. I'm telling you amazon sell beyblades worldwide and I promise it's a lot better than ebay. With ebay you hardly ever know who to trust. AMAZON IS TRUSTWORTHY!!! ALL MY TT BEYS ARE FROM THEM!!! AND THEIR PRICES ARE CHEAP FOR THE MOST PART!!!
