General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

Just do what I did when I went to the Toys R Us tourney. Don't worry about it! The kids think it's cool that an adult plays beyblade.

EDIT: Or say you're buying them for your son.
GG Hasbro. I have a feeling like they're going to do a sneak peek on the 4D beys already. Like last year, MM was supposed to come out around Fall 2011 but instead it came out in the Spring. Otherwise, I'm proud of Hasbro. To me its like, Konami vs Hasbro. Hasbro's best selling product: Beyblade. Konami's best selling product: YuGiOh. Hahah, again gg Hasbro you 9-0'd us with 65str + Sage.
now how am i gonna afford to go to nyc
i mean seriously, :c
BUT......
I must say, that's pretty awesome.
"BEYWHEELZ"...
lolplzdunbeflywheels
Good thing I'm a Long Islander!

Perhaps I can visit when my sister comes home/gets dropped off at college next. Sounds great though, thanks To!
Yeah Big Bang Pegasus was a really awkward name. I knew Hasbro would change it but I was hoping it would be something like Nebula Pegasus which sounds a little better than Cosmic Pegasus.
Cosmic Pegasus is even better than BBP IMO. Sounds epic for a bad bey haha.

Same here

"We are going to the city bro! THE CITY!"

These new innovations sound interesting. Maybe worth checking out
Some kid posted a review of a half-pipe battle set.

In his review, there was a booklet telling the future stealth battlers:

I do not feel this pic is big, but I'll spoiler it if i need to.

Half-Pipe Set Review

I think this pretty much confirms that the Bakushin Susanow 90WD is in fact B-122 and not BB-122... (Shown at about 3:38)
I am extremely positive these weren't posted yet. If anyone remembers, there were special Gan Gan Galaxy and Starbreaker "Team Packs" posted on EntertainmentEarth.

Well, here's a picture of what I'm guessing is the Gan Gan Galaxy set
Then we got......oooh this is nice Gasp Absorb Meteo L'Drago
I believed those sets were posted, haha.
And the Absorb Meteo L-Drago Tongue_out
But not in their packaging.

Meanwhile, Toywiz has some interesting listings now:
Rex Wreck Attack Faceoff
Includes Nightmare Rex SW145SD and Evil Kerbecs 230XF... XF!?

Starbooster Attack Faceoff
The red track and tip for the Galaxy Pegasus in this set look nice. Thunder Lacerta has WA130ES

Burning Mirage Faceoff
Nothing interesting here, just the Flame Serpent and Cyber Aquario

Pictures of both 3 packs:
Gan Gan Galaxy Set
Team Starbreaker Set
230XF lol. I think Hasbro wants to defy space and time.

Just a word of advice, Hasbro, a black hole will be ripped through a toy isle if you make Hell Gemios 230Q. Don't do it brothers.
LOL 230XF! That's not a bad way to get parts though... Grin
I really like the name "Rex Wreck", for some reason it sounds cool, ha. Hopefully, the recolor for the Kerbecs Clear Wheel in the faceoff looks good.
More double packs. Looks like Hasbro is changing the package slightly(not too much)

Burn Wolf vs. Counter Scorpo
Hopefully the pic isn't too big for you guys: [Image: 34y2u83.jpg]

Thermal Gemios vs. Poison Virgo (they got it right this time!)

Hasbro just doesn't want to do the double packs like they used to. They also have stars on the codes.
What are those stars in the middle. So babby-ish. Hasbro, your audience just gained two more years, surely many are becoming more mature and that does not appeal to them like it could have if we were two years ago ...
That artwork screams 1999-2001 style some toy series packaging had.

Cool nonetheless, now we can finish off our Metal Masters collection with two purchases at once! (basically, no "random" combos here)
I am liking the silver painted wheels included with these face off sets, like Galaxy Pegasus. I feel less bad scratching the carp out of it

230 XF?!?!

What did you mean by "they got it right this time?"

Ugh, another ED145? No thank you...

The single Poison Virgo for some reason was packaged with a 125 despite having ED145 on the box.

What a strange oddity. No wonder they were released in the same colors. The Poison Virgo in the 2 pack is more like a do-over for the single pack version.
From the Toyfair PR:

BEYBLADE Line

"The introduction of all-new BEYBLADE arenas and tops from Hasbro based on the popular anime television series from Nelvana and d-rights Inc. currently broadcasting on Cartoon Network in the U.S. in 2012, will elevate competition to the next level. The BEYBLADE: METAL FURY DESTROYER DOME set challenges Beybladers’ skills like never before with a unique design that allows for epic, mid-air battles as fans compete to be the last top standing. And for the latest in battling advancements, the BEYBLADE BEYWHEELZ line takes BEYBLADE battles styles and flips them 90 degrees for high-action crash battling and stunt action at full speed with all new animation support. Exciting additions to the BEYBLADE: METAL FURY and BEYBLADE EXTREME TOP SYSTEM lines also give Beybladers more choices than ever before when it comes time to “LET IT RIP!” The BEYBLADE brand has a wide international fan base and the exciting battling tops action, combined with the art of customization and collectability, brings Beybladers from all over the world together. Beybladers can also enter the unique code found in specially marked BEYBLADE packages at BeybladeBattles.com to enhance their online battles against other Beybladers from around the world. BEYBLADE battles have never been this extreme!"

So Beywheelz are shameless Fly Wheelz ripoffs, lol.
Actually that sounds like a good American-Exclusive system.

A rolling wheel based customization-enabled system would be beast.

It will never beat this :
