General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

I'm sure nobody posted these yet. Or memory phailed.
Dutch source, dead ahead.

If the Foreign section already posted this, move along and delete.

Those are good pictures. I didn't know about the new types
It's a good thing I am developing a more intricate Beywheel system for a real Metagame and battle experience. Those types seem.... Subject to differing opinions....
I'll take two, please.

Looks nice, mainly want it for TR145. Fox is just a plus.
That is amazing and all, but how does a Beyblade from a random booster not get turned opaque like Ionis had? Not a complaint. Just asking.
Spiral Fox looks OK. My local Toys "R" Us had all the first Metal Fury products (Cosmic Pegasus, L Drago Destructor, Fang Leone, Spiral Fox, Forbidden Eonis, Vulcan Horuseus black, and Nightmare Rex), so I bought both Spiral Fox TR145W²D and Cosmic Pegasus since we did not have the weights for those yet.

Surprisingly, the balance I had purchased does not have decimals, but Cosmic weighs 33 grams, compared to Big Bang which weighs 42.0 grams. The weight difference is so obvious when you grab it, if you have just been relatively a lot around better, heavier and more recent Metal Wheels.

Spiral weighs 34 grams, which is exactly what Screw weighs.

The weight of the Clear Wheels do not seem affected at all.

Also, L Drago Destructor's Core is definitely not just plastic. Although I did not purchase it, the rubber seemed very similar to L Drago II's.
I think it's safe to say there's no hope for Blitz anymore.
Oh well.
You should test it lol.
Cue : "What did I tell you ?".

Also, sure, the lack of weight will just be enhanced by my so-so mastering of Attack types ...
Hahaha, fine, you got me.

There's always testing for stamina and defense.. ;p
I got Variares today. Did an unboxing. I will post it here later after I upload it.
Kai-V: Thanks for the weights. Smile I'm quite glad Screw/Spiral wasn't lightened (not sure why it would, but look what happened to Forbidden...). Most of the stores around me tend to get new stock (very) slowly (just getting in the Wave 3 Faceoffs), so I'll need to look around eBay or Amazon for Fox, I suppose. Still glad it wasn't butchered, though.
I am quite surprised by the consistency (?) of the Metal Fury Beyblades this time. It seems as if all of Canada (and all of Germany ?) received a concrete full 'wave' of releases : Cosmic Pegasus, L Drago Destructor, Fang Leone, Forbidden Eonis, Spiral Fox, Vulcan Horuseus, and Nightmare Rex.

I haven't got any... Sadly, fyi. (I'm in Canada).
What store do most of the Metal Fury products come by? Or is it random?
Mine was Toys "R" Us. My local Wal-Mart got some BeyWheelz, but otherwise it is all empty for the most ...

Usually, my city is one of the last to receive anything new when talking about Canada.

Wow, didn't think that was going to come out for a while. Well, I'm about to head to my store and see if Michigan is close enough to Canada to get those beys!! Lol I saw nightmare rex the other day, but didn't realize it was metal fury.
As usual I think the nearby Wal-Mart here of all places is screwed over until later this month....

Wow, Variares is gonna suck so hard now, with the -10g. :I
I couldn't get the unboxing to upload, but here are pics of my Variares.

I didn't expect much, but it is so disappointing how light Variares is...
Are the plastic sides mobile at all like on the actual VariAres ?
No, they don't move, sadly...
Oh jeez. The metal shaping is almost fake looking. Note I said LOOK, cause really lol.
Urgh, that is just so lazy of hasbro... It's pretty disgusting, I mean, surely they know people are going to notice the changes even just based on the Anime, and with the internet as it is now, people are going to hear about the differences... I wonder what the TT reps will think at the next world championships, if they hold another, haha.
