Posted on Toywiz and Entertainment Earth, but no pictures yet.
Sweet! I'm gonna get Blitz for sure. Might get Vari since mine is worn, but IDK. I think I'll pass on Jade. Definitley hoping for Death Quetz next!
Hasbro Spark FX Commercial
Did I just see glowing BeyWheelz? The heck?
(And how come L Drago is always the one getting beat? Why can't Pegasis lose for once?)
I love how Hasbro tries to be cool and has a corny rap in every ad, it is hilarious.
Those were not even glowing ... Also, who plays with relatively dangerous spinning tops in the dark ?

I think those were the XTS Electro Battlers: Tornado L-Drago and Tornado Pegasus... also the recolors for those are up on Toywiz now: X-61A and X-62A, thus confirming the listing on Entertainment Earth.

Edit: Oops. But it does say "Electro Wheelz" in the video. Sub-line?
Edit 2: Talks about it around 30 seconds in; The ones in the video hadn't been shown before... but one's a SparkFX Raging Molten Fireblaze recolor.
Oh wow. I hate those ads. Hasbro just makes beyblade seem like a game for four year olds, taking away the whole purpose of beyblade- customization and skill.
That's the way they've always done it for some reason. Maybe because if they copied takara it would be too "complicated"for kids.
Beywheelz aren't very safe to me, the game involves launching the WHEELZ in the air and before you all give me carp like "It's not going to hurt at all because it's made of rubber" WRONG. From what I saw on BeybladeGeeks they managed to damage a TV Screen so unless BeybladeGeeks purposely used no common sense, I really doubt they are safe.
That's only if you play with them in dangerous places.

Before using anything like that, you should use some damn common sense before "LOL GO SOARING WING PEGASUS! OOPS SORRY MOM BROKE THE WINDOW!" Even Beyblades are this way. I've got a gash on my computer screen from a Blitz Striker hitting it, thank God it's not much.

If you break something INSIDE with Beywheelz... You really aren't using common sense. They're meant to be played with outside. If you break something from the outside, it's another story.

@RyuujinEX
In all retrospect, BBP will usually win against LDD in the Hyper Strike Stadium.

The one thing I loved about that commercial was the animation for BBP. Oh God, that was awesome.

From what I saw in the video, they were chucking it at each other when it hit the TV. Really, I would be more scared of a synchrom flying through the air. Aka a rock....

So no, they weren't launching it when it hit the TV.....they chucked it XD You can't really blame the safety of a toy based on misuse. That is like saying bouncy balls are dangerous because someone could try to eat them and choke to death.

Me, too. It's way too kiddy on how they associate Beyblades with teenage boys, extreme sports, and rap music!

Irony : I am quite certain that was from TAKARA-TOMY, simply recoloured to match Hasbro's colour scheme for "Cosmic Pegasus".

Kei should really find that exclusive 4D DVD that came with one of the hobby guides and upload it to BeyChannel, it is not controversial now and TAKARA-TOMY will not mind anymore, surely ...
I'd like to see it. I wouldn't doubt if it was originally from TAKARA-TOMY, it's akin to their style for ads.
Yeah this commercial totally wants to make me buy Spark FX Beyblades. I agree with everyone up there, Hasbro tries too hard to be cool and they act as if Beyblades are for 5 year olds with the whole glowing up is cool! They're ruining the true purpose of Beyblade. They're not called Spinning Glow-sticks for a reason.
Hasbro's commercials are always amazingly cheesy, which is awesome in its own special way ... but as far as representation of the product itself, they are off the mark. The closest we get in this commercial is the mention of the mode shifts and increased weight. Their descriptions were superficial at best, though (the Hyperblades really should be given their own commercial). Most of the time they just vaguely reference the concept of battling, along with corny statements like, "lighting up the competition" or "the new Spark FX line lets me outshine the competition". But I suppose the point of the commercial isn't to advertise the game so much as it is to advertise the new re-colours. So, in that sense, the commercial does work for what they're trying to advertise (Spark FX). It gets the point across. They do the same things in the regular commercials though, so it is a problem.

What I really want to know though is, how do the Spark FX Beyblades allow you to "outshine the competition"??? It's certainly not through the colour combinations they've chosen! Tongue_out

I thought that too. It looked too much like something TAKARA-TOMY produced.

Am I the only person who has that? I thought it was common haha. I'm not sure if we should upload it to BeyChannel, but maybe your BeybladeSpirit channel?
hello anyone know when the spark hyperblades beyblade fx go on sale to Spain?
The beywheelz spark fx actually have 'electro' wheels, when they hit the ground, a light inside them begins to shine.

EDIT: Video from all the new Electro tornado battlers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S3YLrOXNFd4

I LOVE LIVING IN TORONTO Grin

Today, I went to my local Walmart, and I found some NEW things. First of all, I found Hyperblades (in canada Grin), I found the "Beyblade Metal Fury - Legendary Bladers: Nemesis's Revenge", which comes with Firefuse Darkhelm ???DS, WITH A BLUE DARKHELM AND SOME SORT OF SKINNY FIREFUSE WITH NO RUBBER WHAT SO EVER, Proto Nemesis AD145D, and... A NORMAL COLOURED DEATH QUETZ...

But that's not ALL that I found. I found... the new "Beyblade XTS - Tornado Electro Tops". They seem to have metal on them. There is a light underneath the metal, that supposedly lights up when hit. I found Tornado Electro Pegasus (Both Recolours) and Tornado Electro L-Drago (Both Recolours). AND FINALLY, I FOUND ELECTRO BEYWHEELZ! I am pretty sure they are NOT customizable. You are supposed to push the face (which is a button now ftw) and the "Rubber Wheel" lights up. Because of that, I am pretty sure it is not customizable.

that is all

EDIT: To make this clear, I did NOT purchase any of this stuff (except for Hyperblades Orion), and how I know about the Electro Beywheelz face thing, is there was a try me thing on it.
This week the Hyper-Strike Battle Set made it to Puerto Rico, plus all of the Metal Fury Spark FX! YAY!

Sadly, I do not. I don't bring cameras into Walmart. Uncertain I don't understand the second thing you said.
