General GFX Thread

Tri, Thanks! I'll leave dat for you to figure out, bwaahahahahaha.

sarab, thanks!

midnight, thanks! Took me around... 5 months to finish. Had it in my WIP folder (still do) for 5 months. Actual designing time was around 4-5 hours AFAIK. I zone out when doing stuff like that, so I don't really know the time or how quickly it passes XD
can anyone tell me how to change the background of an image ? I have ipiccy pixlr and photoshop cs 5 ( tell me the whole process )

I really like it Kuji! I must say though (IMO) it's a bit bright, but that might just be my device.

Awesome work as allways. You seem to be using that style alot, hah.

Great work Kujikato! But what Alchemist said, it's a little bit too bright. Also, was it sharpened at all?

Damn, your work is amazing! I'm not surprised you made it to the top 3 in The Alchemist's GFX Tournament. Keep up the good work man! Smile
Negative space is really awesome ey Synth?

I didn't sharpen mine, cause if I did, it would be so LQ it would look terriburuu. (I used a touch of Highpass to clear up the tones).

I just tried that style, hahaha.
Yep. TBH, it was a last minute addition (The background was so awful I tried filling in a color, white worked the best XD)

Yep, it already looks sharpened... and topazed o.O
Any comments on my new signature?

I liked it! Its a bit too plain though. Try a different style.

Thanks for your opinion!

I was actually considering something like this as well.
Its been way too long since I last visited WBO (April 3, 2013 to be exact). I'm here to ask for some CnC:

5-6 long hours of painting paid off!

What can I say Kuji, you're amazing at this!

I just do think you could of possibly made the text the slightest bit clearer and visable. Otherwise it was great!
Just wanted a bit of CnC on something I threw together pretty quickly:

Quite well done but I don't like too much the font Smile

Although its a bit contrasted and harsh on the eyes a bit, I like how everything is. The flow is good, plus the effect is nicely done.

Maybe the text needs a little work, but other than that it's great Grin

CnC on these?:

I'd just like a couple of opinions on my new signature.

Looks LQ to me. I think you saved it in .jpg, yes? Next time, change it too .png so it will look nicer and clearer.

Looks good though, definitely a nice looking typography
Yeah, it looks really plain midnight :\
Sometimes plain/simple works best. It's just LQ Midnight, I like the background and the minimalistic feel to it, but it would look better in higher quality.
I call this one ''The Charcoal Dragon''. It's kind of hard to think of names on the spot, hah.

Really nice, but again the Image Quality is very very bad.

You should switch the file to ".png" when saving so it looks sharper and not low quality. Don't use .jpg
Hey any comments on my new (latest) GFX for my fav Zero G bey :-)
