What types are there? XD
Oh, I see, so what are probably the top 3 for each type? I plan to buy at least 3 next week!
Precision, not Control.
I recommend getting the Break Bomber Battlefield. It gives you an arena to play in and an objective, as well as B-Da Marbles to play with, two magazines and both Thunder Dracyan and Lightning Dravise, all for $30.
If you're aiming for a solus B-Daman, I would recommend Lightning Scorpio or Thunder Leo. Both are decent B-Daman; Scorpio has a Roll core which enables smooth Rapid-Fire and a decent trigger to fire with, while Leo's Spin core packs a punch with it's Power and spins the B-Da Marble sideways, so it will bounce off at an angle.
That are currently released by Hasbro? Power would be Thunder Dracyan or Thunder Leo. Rapid-Fire would be Lightning Scorpio or Lightning Dravise. Control would be Strike Dragren or Strike Cobra.
Just to give variety

My Toys R Us has most of the new releases, so I'll look for them! Thanks!

I think I might as well just get the Break Bomber Battlefield, it seems like a good deal! Could I find it at Toys R' Us?
I guess I'll also pick up Lightning Scorpio, I like how it looks!
Thanks a bunch ~Mana~!

It should be at your Toys R Us. I've seen it, and mine is pretty slow when it comes to getting new stuff.
I've heard reports of them being at the majority of Toys R Us stores in the US, so I would expect so.
No problem, always happy to help

I made a facebook group for b-daman players in my state, with any luck people will find it and be interested
They've also been popping up in various Targets the past few days, since the stores have finally gotten rid of most of the toys on clearance and replaced them with the newer brands. I've been to at least three different Targets the past two days and they all had most of the B-Daman products.
I found a couple of B-daman/Tune up Gear sets at target for 12 dollars. The cores are surprisingly metal, (Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there only metal cores for Accele and Rev?) since strike cobra comes with a metal core.
I also saw the Surge Strike for 15 dollars, and my first thought would be "b-dama would be rolling and people would be slipping since there's no back wall. XD
To be honest, I don't think Hasbro would mess this up in any way. Unless they released some horrible spin off "Water Gun Dracyan." XD
I seriously wanna try firing a strike shot with a Crossfight B-daman. Thing is, They're hard to find in online stores.

The Accessory Pack Cores are chrome-plated, not solid metal. The effect is negligible.
You can use the backwall from the Break Bomber set on Surge Strike and Vertigo Spin, so it's not all bad.
Strike Shots with Crossfire B-Daman don't really have much use. Unless you're using Impact Shots, of course.

Users preference, I guess. Kreis is more precise, but lacks power. Assault is more powerful, but slightly less precise.
Most people will say "Go for Assault=Dragren as it's better overall" but I think it's all down to preference. The power is nice for a fast precise shot but I prefer Kreis=Raydra for it's permanent Emblem Charge. Of course, Dragren can use Barrel Mode, so that's always a plus. They're pretty even in my eyes.
And the stats on the box aren't accurate at all. Use Beyblade for an example in this instance; Flash Sagittario was given high Stamina stats, but it found it's best use in Attack. Same with Variares; High Defense, actually carp in Defense and amazing in Attack.
B-Daman seems cool. But could somebody explain how it works and everything? I just don't really get it yet. (Also, is there a B-Daman answers thread I should be posting this on?)
Nope, I don't think so at least, you can ask here if you want?

It could be a problem for people who have tight budgets, and could only afford one set. Secondly, chrome? Not metal? Oh well. XD I Just wanted to try out Drive Shots/Spike Shots on B-daman with Drive Strips. (Like Spike Phoenix or Rising Dracyan.)
Chrome-plated. It's nothing special at all.
Well, if you're that adamant about Strike Shots, we're currently holding a giveaway on our forums. Just sign up and post in the thread for a chance to win

How do the arms, legs, and head effect the customization of a B-Daman?
The arms provide grip and in eS B-Damans case, emblem charges. Some legs have rollers or B-dama slots that allow for smoother movement, and the head can have a target device or something of the sort, but the head isn't usually to important.
Quick question: are hasbro's b-daman crossfire head parts removable?
Yes, but you need to unscrew the core to do so.
So, I picked up Thunder Dracyan, Lighting Dravise and Thunder Bearga (cause Kei told my brother it looked good).
I might start collecting, so how many Crossfire B-Damans are there?

Hasbro has only released about seven or eight so far.
Okay, looks like I should start answering some posts. No offense Ultramarine but you aren't entirely correct.
B-Daman is a franchise about marble shooters in the form of figurines. Each figure will represent something, whether it be a dragon, snake, phoenix; whatever Takara-Tomy deems is good. Each B-Daman has a type; Power, Rapid-Fire, Precision or Special. Older generations of B-Daman also had a few other types but they aren't important at all anymore.
B-Daman can have a multitude of objectives. It's not like Beyblade where you just launch a Bey and hope yours is last standing; B-Daman is completely diverse and the game types are completely unique and are generally your own creation. You could set up ten pins and see who can shoot them down the fastest or have a Direct Hit Battle to see who can disable the others barrel first. Perhaps even see who can fire the most marbles in 60 seconds; the possibilities are endless and are only limited by your resources and your imagination.
There isn't a thread here on the WBO to ask questions and answers on; this is the only thread for it, so you can ask as many questions as you like here. However, if you're looking for a dedicated B-Daman forum, I run one here, which is completely free to sign up to and contains all B-Daman information as and when it happens. It's somewhat like a WBO for B-Daman, if that's how you want to see it.
Assuming you mean the Crossfire line-up, in a variety of ways. Arms can provide various extras. For example, Bearga Arm's large surface area is good for grip. The Emblem Charge System also uses the Arms primarily for Emblem Charges, which are essentially pressurised shots that have extra power behind them. The Legs serve movement and stabilising capabilities. Dravise Leg has a rollers on it for allow the B-Daman to be moved swiftly and easily, while Garuburn's Grip Claw works as an excellent stabiliser to ensure the B-Daman doesn't move or suffer from recoil when it fires.
Both the arms and legs can also be changed for Tune-Up Gear and Version-Up Parts. The Buster Leg is essentially a premium Leg Part which acts as an extreme stabiliser for Control types. The Grip Arm and Cannon Arm also add extra handles for the user to hold onto, making the B-Daman more comfortable.
Head Parts are quite...different. You'll find most Head Parts are literally just for show and don't have any competitive use, but a few do have use. To name a few examples, Scorpio's head has a comfortable curve for your finger to fit into, which allows one-handed use of the B-Daman. Dragren's head essentially has a built in sight you can look through and aim with. Heads like Dracyan, Fin and Bearga are purely for show however.
The head parts are completely removable. Unlike what Ultramarine has said however, the core does not need to be taken apart to remove it.
So far, Hasbro have released the following:
The following are planned for release in future waves:
This is only the Crossfire line-up though. After Crossfire, the Emblem Charge System begins which has a huge variety of other B-Daman.

Can you use regular Marbles in it? (Store Bought Mables)
