Well, it did say "so hush-hush that we’d have to erase your memories if we told you what it is". So it probably hasn't been publicly announced anywhere.

What about Super Smash Bros Brawl?

What about Super Smash Bros Brawl?
The article specifically stated it was an RPG.
That pretty much rules out Brawl.
Soo how many of you guys have Megaman ZX Advent? I'm thinking of getting it since I haven't gotten a game in a while. Is it better or at least the same as the original ZX?
I'm playing ZX Advent. The coolest part of the game is being able to transform into any major boss you defeat, which obviously includes other Megaman models, as you did in ZX.
hurray for MEgaman.
Does anyone here actually play any "good games"? It's become apparent to me that most of the people here aren't hardcore gamers in the slightest.. which is a shame.
Dragon Quest IV beaten.
Final save was made after the credits with a play-time of 46:19.
That was one amazing game.
I s'pose its time to crack into Final Fantasy IV DS now.

Too subjective a term for anyone to truly answer. I'd assume any game someone plays and enjoys can be classified as a "good game."

Has that one been released in English yet? I don't think so. It just came out in Japan on the 20th. Or are you playing a patched version? I've seen patch releases for it.
Also, finally attained epic-level status in the D&D campaign my friends and I play weekly, and am attempting to write a D&D campaign for my group. *nod*
Less than a month until Smash Bros. Brawl is supposed to come out.
I haven't patched my copy, and it hasn't been released outside of Japan.
Playing in good ol' Japanese.
EDIT: First Impressions.
It feels so different, yet so similar.
It feels just like FF3DS at first, but then the fact that its still good ol' Final Fantasy IV kicks in, and its all good.
The voice acted scenes are great
Rosa sounds good, Cecil sounds right. Kain sounds a bit too deep, I'll get used to it, but it sort of surprised me how deep his voice is.
I love how the two screens are used in battle.
The top screen has all the battle stuff, and th bottom screen is used as your "Info Area", your characters HP, MP and ATB bars are all shown on the bottom. Plus a little bit of info about the enemy. and a small bar that explains different actions (such as when your cursor is over "Attack", it tells you what weapon you have equipped, and what element it is)
When you finish a battle, it has the Pokemon-style Experience Bar, that fills up at the end of battle.
Which is really nice for seeing how close you are to the next level.
And of course, the music. I love it! The overworld theme is lovely, all of it is great.
And I can't go without talking about the opening FMV.

Its damn gorgeous! It nearly brings a tear to my eye *sniff*
As you can probably tell, I'm a huge Final Fantasy IV dork, its easily my favourite FF game (2nd is FF9), and this version really FEELS like the definitive version. the 3D is great, it all clicks.
Minor slowdown before going into battles, but its hardly noticeable.
*deep breath*

LOL
who are you to judge "good games"?
and to answer your question, i absolutely consider myself a "hardcore gamer" considering I own arguably the most hardcore out of the three consoles.

HARDCORE MICROSOFT.

HA Ichida is a real hardcore gamer.
I love playing Virtua Fighter 5, the BEST 3D-Fighting game in my opinion, Tekken is pretty overrated, most people play just for the Characters and Storyline but gameplay wise it has nothing on Virtua Fighter, the button Layout is Simple in VF but you really can't win by just button mashing all the time, takes timing and Precision to be successful in VF.
Soul Calibur is another great series too, but to me It went stale after SC2, I really didn't like SC3 that much, I still prefer SC and Soul Blade over the others.

It isn't Microsoft, its the amount of AAA "Hardcore" games on 360 (see, this even sounds silly)
and i wouldn't waste it honestly.

The quality is great, I think.
They have HD movies available for download. I don't recall ever seeing an HD movie with bad quality. lol

Final Fantasy IV has taught me that my speed math skills are lacking.
One of the Pochika Minigames is a speed math "get to 10 using 4 numbers" game.
You get 4 numbers, and you can add, subtract, multiply or divide two of them together them, so on and so forth, and the end result has to be 10.
For example, an easy puzzle is -
4 5 1 2
So, 2 subtract 1 is 1
5 plus 1 is 6
6 plus 4 is 10.
solved!
Some of them get pretty tough.
one of them had me multiply 5 and 6 to get 30,
and then divide 30 by 3 to get the 10.
It was tricky because I don't really think of making the numbers that high.
I'm some what addicted to it right now, trying to get the special Pochika outfit (from getting 9 or more correct in a row)
Problem is, you only get 1 minute to do as many as you can..
sigh.. I suppose practice will make perfect, and I'll start to get them faster and faster as I play.
