I HATE both. they suck, honestly, but the better of the 2 is entry 1.

Critics:

Entry 1:
Render blends too well that makes it disappear, making the text the focal.
LACK OF COLORS. in a sense, BLAND

Entry 2:
GET RID OF THE SCAN LINES!!! horrible quality, and crappy focal.

Ahh, ughh, the text makes E1 bad, but not as bad as E2. Blue would have been a bit better IMO
