At first glance, the disc looks particularly unbalanced, but in reality, 2 of the sections on one side being halves makes it a balanced disc. 7 is tied with 1 for the heaviest disc thus far (not confirmed), and has a ideal weight distribution for Attack-types. It does not have much Outward Weight Distribution, and consequently, does not have as much stamina as other discs such as 8 and 4, but as a benefit, it does not burst as easily as those two discs.

==Use in Combinations==
A good Attack-type combo for this Disc is Spryzen S3 7Meteor Xtreme. 7 combined with Meteor is the heaviest disc combination thus far, and this allows Spryzen S3 to hit harder.

A good Stamina-type custom is Garudas G3 (Maximum Garudas) 7Flow/Meteor Atomic. 7 trades Stamina for higher burst resistance. and Garudas provides most of the stamina, while the Burst resistance helps Garduas against attack customs.
