Favourite foods and snacks.

<3

I know a lot of you here aren't so inclined to talk about cooking, but I'm sure you all love eating. Who doesn't love eating?

I'm basically making this topic to tell you that I have discovered the best potato chips on the face of the planet:

Welcome to flavour country. These are amazing. I am not great at handling spicy food, but I sure as hell FORCED my way through this bag because they're incredible. Next time you're at the grocery store, BUY SOME.

Other favourite foods/snacks?

- Japanese food. I love tuna nigiri and teriyaki rice bowls.
- I am known to make rice at 3 AM.
- Lays Spicy Curry chips are great, though Spicy Thai has 'em beat.
- Steak. Rare.
I like Pocky, but it's not the be-all end-all the otaku would like you to believe.

Dark chocolate Pocky G was the best, but I can't find it anymore ...
We have all flavors of Pocky at our local suncoast. It's right next to the disturbingly massive hentai section.

I agree though, Pocky is very good when I have it around. Also, starbursts are amazing if you suck on them instead of chew.

....blader DJ stares into my soul x.x
Where I live, I can't find any Pocky ...

Someone send me some Pocky G for my birthday. Smile
McRib > You

Same with Andy Capp's Hot Fries
I live off Nico Nico steamed pork buns, plain tortilla chips, and kettle-cooked mesquite BBQ chips. ♥

Oh, and chocolate. But not so much as I used to. I can't eat sweet things often. S:
BBQ pork buns
Bagels with nutella
Tomato sandwiches
AnnieDuck Wrote:Tomato sandwiches
OH HELL YES

I love ciabatta (idk how to spell it) bread with tomato, mozarella and olive oil

oh and paninis with chicken and taco sauce OMG SO GOODDDDDDD
Favourite snacks:

- I eat about a bajillion apples every day, I love them SO MUCH
- Other fruit - satsumas, pears, grapes
- Cheese. The stronger, the better <3
- I have a really sweet tooth, so I eat a bit too much chocolate...

Favourite food:

- Italian
- Mashed potato
- Chinese
- Quiche
- Curry
- Mexican

Things I WILL NOT EAT EVER EVER EVER (I think I have an OCD about it):

- Meals that come in cans. I'm not talking about tuna or sweetcorn, those are both fine, but you can get casserole or curry in a can. I think this is the most disgusting idea in the entire universe and it makes me feel physically sick to even look at a can that has more than two main ingredients in it. MEALS SHOULD NOT BE COMPRESSED INTO A TINY SPACE, EURGHHHH

- Microwaveable meals. This is just a weird thing of mine. I generally think they taste like carp and I like my food to be fresh and not swimming in grease and oil, argh.

- Aeroplane food. Don't even get me started. The smell makes me almost throw up every time it reaches my nostrils and I have to squirt perfume on my jumper and cover my nose with it, or just curl up in a ball and make a point to breath through my mouth at ALL TIMES. Holy carp, just thinking about it makes me want to throw my yoghurt on the floor.

...

Okay, I'm done. 8D
Snacks:

Strawberry Pocky
Kiwi
Apples (Green or red!)
Grapes
Krispy Kreme Donuts (GLAZED)
Occasional bag of chips

Foods:

SUSHI
Filipino (I like Sinigang the best)
Italian (my favorite! <3)
Seafoods (I like Grouper baked golden brown with a thin layer of bread crumbs on it, swordfish, tiger shrimp..)
Other meats such as steak, etc

Deserts:

Modified version of Te Merisu (spelling? Bah!) that my father made. Yum!

---

I love it when dad mixes in some of that grouper with some spaghetti with some of the various sauces he makes. The sauces usually have just the right touch of lemon; so there's a balance between the tartness of the lemon, and the other tastes of other ingredients.

I wish I could cook as good as my dad someday..
For me, it's Captain Crunch! I always have a bowl sometime before I sleep.

I <3 rice. Haha, I swear, I've been making rice EVERY weekday morning for the past few years now. I always have rice for lunch at school.
There's almost no nutritional value at all in rice.
Tamer Brad Wrote:There's almost no nutritional value at all in rice.

That doesn't change the fact that it's still good. Besides, I have a lot of vegetables mixed in with the rice when I make it.
Foods:
Nearly anything Teriyaki flavoured.
Yakisoba

are we the same person?
Tamer Brad Wrote:There's almost no nutritional value at all in rice.

Actually that's not true. Rice is good brain food as is fish. They are both high in Omega 3 are they not? Promoting healthy brain development?
