~The Next Day, At Ichiban's school~

(Ichiban just completed his class and met his friend, Paige)

Ichiban: Phew... I finally completed the class, now I can-

Paige: There's one more thing left to do, he's looking for you everywhere.

Ichiban (Expressionless): There are more bladers around here, why is he only after me?

Paige (Sighs): Even I don't know, he won't give up until he beat you. Besides you've defeated him like.... 40 times?

(Paige started to think about what happened a week ago)

~At Beigoma Academy~

(Paige and Watashi were battling each other)

Watashi: Let's go Forneus! Tsunami Drift!!

(Fornues Leans on it's driver's free-spinning disc and crashes onto Héroic Perseus and bursts it)

Paige (Gasps): No way....

Watashi (Smirks): You see, this is the strength of Forneus!

(Suddenly, Ichiban opens up the gate up and comes in)

Ichiban (Smiles): There you are, Paige. I was looking everywhere for ya.

Watashi (Looks at Paige): Who's this kid?

Paige (While holding his bey's parts): He's a friend of mine....

Ichiban (Looks at Perseus' parts): Huh, you lost to this guy?

Watashi (With an angry look): What do you Kean this guy? I'm the captain of Beigoma Academy!

Ichiban (Reaches towards Paige): Hey, let's go Paige, I wanted to battle you, you're going to Spain next week right?

Watashi (More angry): Hey, are you ignoring meeee?!?

Ichiban (Looks at Watashi): Oh sorry, didn't saw ya there. Well let's go Paige. (He holds Paige's hand)

Paige (While resisting): Hey... wait a sec, Ichiban!

Watashi: Ichiban? Are you Ichiban Aoi?

Ichiban: Yeah, it's me.

Watashi: Is it true that no one was capable of beating you in your hometown.

Ichiban: Yeah, that's true.

Watashi: (While holding his bey): Then battle me!

Ichiban (Smiles): You could've asked me this at the start, (He takes out his bey) Let's do this!

Paige: Fine, then I'll be the ref.

Ichiban (Swings his hand while holding his launcher): Valkyrie will send you flying!

Watashi (Smirks): In your dreams, kid. I'm gonna beat you good!!

Paige: First Battle, Ready Set!


"3! 2! 1! Go.... Shoot!!"

(Forneus lands on the stadium and quickly takes the center, while Valkyrie drifts around the edges)

Watashi: Alright! Tsunami Guard!!

(Forneus' blades begins to shine and creates a green shield around itself)

Ichiban: Go! Valkyrie!

(Valkyrie's blade begins to shine and slashes through Forneus and burst it in a single hit)

Watashi (Shocked): Unbelievable....

Ichiban: Hehe, I won!

Paige (While looking at Forneus' parts): Valkyrie's strength is unreal....

(And the flashback ends)

Paige (Thoughts): (And after that day, Watashi battled him each day but the result wasn't changing)

Ichiban (Sighs): Well, I gotta go home or else he'll find me. Besides I'm getting hungry, I'm gonna go and grab some bey-bread at home.

(Suddenly, Watashi came front of him)

Watashi: I have finally found you!

Ichiban (Looks down angrily and thinks): (Oh no...)

Paige (While leaving): Good luck, I'm going!

(Paige ran way from the school)

Ichiban: Hey! Wait!!

(Ichiban tried to run away, but Watashi grabbed his jacket and pulled him up)

Watashi: I won't let you go before a battle.

Ichiban (Annoyed): The result will be the same and you know that.

Watashi (Let's go off Ichiban and shows him off his new bey): See, I got a new bey!

Ichiban (Surprised while looking at his bey): It's a Kiwami Bey..?

Watashi: Bingo! It's Gloom Wendigo (He then smiles), so now as strongest rival, I challenge you to a battle!

Ichiban (Frozes for a sec and thoughts): (Strongest Rival...?)

Watashi (Pulls Ichiban's jacket): Let's go, my rival!

Ichiban (While resisting): I can... walk you know, c'mon let me.. GOOOOO!!!!

(Ichiban's voice echoed around the school)


(Watashi brought Ichiban to the Beigoma Academy)

Watashi (While looking at his surroundings): Nobody's here, lucky for you. No one's gonna watch you lose.

Ichiban: To bad... Everyone was there, when I defeated you countless times.

Watashi (While holding his bey): Here ya go, you can inspect my bey.

Ichiban (While looking at Wendigo): It's a left-spinning Defense type... And got a free-spinning disc too?

Watashi (Smiles): As you're strongest rival, I let you inspect my bey. I wouldn't really let anyone else to even touch it.

Ichiban (Thoughts): (I wonder if Valkyrie could able to beat him...) Alright, I'm ready!

Watashi (Takes out his launcher): I'm not gonna lose this time, Ichiban!

Ichiban (Smiles): We'll see!


"3! 2! 1! Go.... Shoot!!"

(Wendigo begins to spin around the center and Valkyrie spins around the edges)

Watashi: This time, things are going to be different.

Ichiban (Slightly surprised): Not taking the center?

(Valkyrie leans on it's driver and rushes towards Wendigo)

Ichiban: Let's go! Ultimate Sword!!

(Valkyrie's blades begins to shine and creates three blue swords on it's blades)

Watashi: Counter it! Gloom Defense!

(Wendigo's blades shines as it creates a purple shield around it, Valkyrie strikes onto Wendigo and creates a geyser of electrifying light and

Watashi (Surprised): Valkyrie's attack is intense.... (He enlarges his eyes) But!

(Valkyrie gets blown away into the geyser and bursts)

Ichiban: (Remained shocked and speechless with opened mouth)

Watashi (Smirks): Wendigo's defense can turn anything into smithereens!

Chapter 3 Description: Looks like Watashi challenged somebody known as the "Demon King". As the battle goes on, the Attack type Kiwami Bey, Belial clashes his claws onto Wendigo.

Occupation: High schooler and blader

Personality: He’s basically a real world psychopath. Will use people to get to his goal and will leave them when they serve his purpose and get another pawn (Which his goal is to win). He’s super smart and strong but he doesn’t show it so he can hide and do his objectives and goals in the shadows not trying to make a scene. And when he does do something fantastic he’ll give the credit to someone else to avoid the attention. He chooses to get in most situations to either to move it to a extreme for his purposes against someone or solve it to bump his popularity. He also will blackmail people so he can use them as one of his pawns. From his time in the training situation of his father Theodore Glass he’s bad in social situations. He’s also not had common experiences like almost everyone, he doesn’t even know what ice cream tastes like or what having friends are like or loving someone or being loved. He wants to have these experiences but from how his father trained him it’s hard for him to be able to do them since he usually goes back to using people as his pawns. Though he wants to separate himself from his father as much as he can. He also doesn’t show emotion and his face usually stays in a resting face not showing sadness or happiness. The most he’ll show is anger and that’s only to intimidate people.

Beyblade: (A right spin stationary attack bey that drains the opponent’s spin. Also is good at defense since it weights a lot causing it to be hard to move and when you attack it Dajjal will drain some of your spin if your left spin and attack you. If you spin right you’ll just be attacked back by the super strong attack points)

Core: Dajjal (A black and red chip that shows a demon’s face in the center with a red weight fused in the chip like diabolos)

Blade: Abaddon (A black blade with red stripes that form to Valkyrie like attack points with the openings being filled with red rubber)

Armor: Zero (A round and heaviest armor with red fire like stripes on it)

Disc: Upper (A round disc which is the heaviest disc. Basically this series’s version of 0 and Over)

Driver: Bearing’

Special Moves:

Abaddon spin: Dajjal uses the rubber on its layer to drain the spin of the left spinning bey like requiem spin or drain spin from god.

Abaddon slash: When the opponents bey slams into Dajjal Dajjal uses the attack points on the Abaddon ring to make a super strong attack basically Savior Slash.

Bearing Drive: Bearing’ uses its free spinning part on the driver to gain a lot of spin causing Dajjal to use the spin power to be able to speed up like it’s a attack type and it has xtreme. Basically Venture shoot.

Abaddon Bomber: Basically dynamite bomber.

chapter was pretty lengthy! nice job on this chapter/episode and i simply believe that watashi is omega brain! i would give a longer review but rn im making an episode, and just know that if watashi doesn't win next chapter then i might do something intensely illegal

Watashi: Finally, I defeated you just like how you did last time!

Ichiban: (Speachlessly looks at his bey's parts while having his head down)

Watashi (Thoughts): (Looks like... I should've gone a little easy on him...)

Ichiban (Looks at Watashi, with a happy look): That was a great battle! Wendigo's really strong!!

Watashi: I haven't showed you it's full strength yet!

Ichiban (Picks up Valkyrie): Let's do this again then.

Watashi (Smiles): You should evolve Valkyrie, believe me it'll worth it.

Ichiban (Looks at Valkyrie): I'll see about that....

Watashi: Anyways, in order to show you Wendigo's full power....

Ichiban (Smiles): Is to battle me again?

Watashi: Wrong, I have challenged someone who calls himself the Demon King!

Ichiban: Demon King?

Watashi (Smiles): Yeah, he has defeated ten opponents right in front of me.

Watashi: He has a Kiwami bey too, Oni Belial.... a attack type.

Ichiban: Everyone's getting a Kiwami bey huh... feels like a bargain sale to me.

Watashi: It sure is! (He then smiles) Time to go I guess, he must be waiting for me.

Ichiban: So what is he like? The Demon King?

Watashi (Puts his finger on his chin): What he's like...? let's see... He's short, got a wierd haircut and a strong blader.

Ichiban (Surprised): Is it a graveyard? What are we even doing here?

Watashi: It's his usual training spot, he's really a wierd guy.

Watashi: Ultimate Six are the bladers who're the strongest blader in a region. Asia's strongest blader is Azef Ishikawa and that's what it makes him a member of Ultimate Six.

Ichiban (Smiles): Which means.... I can become a member of Ultimate Six too.

Watashi: You won't unless you evo-

???: So you're here!

Ichiban (Looks at the anonymus person): Who's that? Oh wait.... short height, wierd haircut and..... a funny mask. (He then looks at Watashi) Is he that guy?

Watashi: Bingo! He's Ben Daikokutein.

Ichiban (Expressionless): Ben Daikokutein...?

Ben (Looks at Watashi): Watashi.. you're here as promised! I thought you were going to run away!

Watashi: As Ichiban Aoi's strongest rival! I'll never run away from any sort of battle!!

Ichiban (Freezes for a sec and thoughts): (Strongest... Rival???)

Ben (Takes out his launcher): Then let's do this!

Watashi: You bet! Ichiban, look closely... how Kiwami beys are meant to battle!

Ichiban (Thoughts): (A battle between Kiwami beys... I can't miss this, I need to find a weakness in both of their beys...)

Watashi: Watch closely (He switches his bey to upper mode) That's upper mode, my Bey's height is increased!

Ichiban: That's the same thing with Dynamite Beys...

Ben (Laughs): You think so..? Then look at this! (He switches his bey to lower mode in front of Ichiban)

Ichiban: That's...

Ben: The Metal Dragon Armor increases Belial's attack to next level! In Upper mode the armor is placed beneath the blade which increases Outer Weight Distribution.

Ichiban (Thoughts): (That's... more complicated than Dynamite Battle System, If I were to make a new bey I would mess up with the design really bad....)

Ben: Alright! Let's do this for real this time!

Watashi (Smiles): Bring it on.

(Wendigo's leans on it's Moment driver and quickly takes the center, while Belial spins around the edges of the stadium)

Ben: Unleash your fangs onto him, Belial!

(Belial picks up speed and starts to hit Wendigo continuosly, but it wasn't working against Wendigo)

Watashi (Smirks): You think you can beat Wendigo with such weak attacks? Where is the strength from before?

Ben: Prepare yourself then! (He calls out to Belial as his purple aura shines within him) Let's go Belial!!

(A purple aura shines within Belial and it's avatar appears)

Ben: Power up!! Winter Oni Bomber!!! (Basically UnseenBurst 's True Oni Bomber, but I found Winter Oni Bomber more cool)

(Belial's blades begins to shines and it slashes onto Wendigo)

Watashi: Gloom Defense!!

(As soon as Belial clashed onto Wendigo, it created a Purple shield around it's blade, After that a explosion occured on the stadium sending both beys flying sky high)

Watashi/Ben (While looking up at their beys): Hang in there!

(Wendigo and Belial dropped outside the stadium, Wendigo being the first one to touch the ground)

Watashi: Huh, you scored one point against me... not bad!

Ben (Laughs): Impressive, I thought your bey was fragile enough to get broken into pieces!

Watashi: Don't underestimate Wendigo!!

Ichiban (Surprised): That's... so cool... (He then looks at Valkyrie) I think it's time for me to evolve you.... Maybe it'll take a week for me to pick up a decent design...

Ben: It's time for second battle, this time it's going to be a burst!

Watashi (Switches to Lower Mode): That's a bingo right there! Belial will be the one to get burst!!


"3! 2! 1! Go... Shoot!!"

(Belial begins to spins around the edges of the stadium and Wendigo chases it from behind)

Ben (Laughhs): You're chasing me huh?

Watashi (Laughs): And I'll catch you soon enough!

Ben (Smirks under his mask): I doubt that.

(Belial begins to ride along the edge of the stadium, the V-gear's metal comes in contact as it rides in the edges)

Ben: True Venture Flash!!

(Belial picks up speed and rides along the edges and strikes onto Wendigo and puts him at the center)

Ben: Alright now! Venture Shoot!!

(Belial begins to hit onto Wendigo from every direction dealing massive damage)

Ichiban (Surprised): At this rate, Watashi's gonna lose...

Watashi (Shocked and begins to think): (I thought... I could fight back against his attacks.. but I was wrong...)

Ben (Calls out to his bey as his purple aura burns within him): Time to End this!! Winter Oni Bomber!!

(A purple aura shines within Belial and it's avatar appears)

Watashi (Thoughts): (But! It doesn't mean I can't counter this.... A Devil's legacy will not end until the end!)

(Belial picks speed and reaches towards Wendigo with's purple glowing blades)

Watashi (calls out to his bey as his black aura shines within him and his bey): It's not time to give up, Wendigo!!!

(Wendigo appears swirling it's axe onto it's aura)

Watashi (Smirks): Perfect Moon Void!!

(Wendigo's armor lits up with a dark light appearing onto it making the whole stadium look like a void, Belial hits onto Wendigo but got blown away by the immesense pressure produced by Wendigo)

Watashi (Looks at Belial): Time for reversal!

(Belial explodes itself which leads to a burst)

Ichiban/Ben: (Gasps)

Watashi: Yeah!! I won!

Ben (Shocked completely): That's... immposible!!

Ichiban (Smiles): That was.... incredible! Watashi, you're strong!

Watashi: This still is not the true power of my bey.

Ichiban (Surprised): It's not?

Watashi: I need to learn more about it, need to completely master it, then I'll be able to bring it's full potential!!

Ben (Smiles): Well, it wasn't that bad considering that It's only been three days since I used Belial!

Watashi: And I got mine last night, kiddo.

Bem (With an angry look): Don't call me that!

Ichiban (While looking at Valkyrie): We've learned so much, I know we can beat them next time, Valkyrie!

I love the new chapter. Ben seems like a really fun character overall. It has a nice length to it tho personally maybe a few more side characters could do? Def a 4.5/5 for me tho.

Also, question, is Brandt a part of the Ultimate Six, or is he more of a stand alone character overall?

Yeah the first arc was supposed to have less characters…. Anyways, thanks for the review and no, Brandt is not a member of Ultimate Six. But I have planned a nice role for him.

I was having trouble for keeping up the gimmick of Apophis, so I changed it.

Midnight Blade: The main color scheme of the blade is jet black. The blade features four Serpent styled blades (two on the upper side and two on the lower, basically there are two sections, the middle is hollowed and have a huge gap) which are free-spinning, there's a massive gap between the two sections. in the blade which can be filled with an accessory called "Midnight Claw". Once putted in, the balde transforms into attack type, by stopping the free-spin blades and with it's two Claw like Purple blades.

Apophis Core: Unchanged.

0 Weight: Unchanged.

Sinister Disc: It's a neo disc with a circular design with two purple orbs on each side. The disc is painted in jet black color.

Serpent Armor: Unchanged.

Fervour Driver: The Driver's main color scheme is grey and it's transparent, it features a POM ball tip with an additional mode to change to attack mode. In attack mode, the ball is pressed inwards and the hollowed tip goes crazy in the stadium.

Some things you need to know about Kiwami:

1) Ichiban Aoi, Chikara Arami, Watashi Machiya and Paige Crassus are the Four Spin Emperors. Which means Ichiban Aoi is actually Japan's #1 Blader. (It all happend one year ago)

2) Ichiban's Shoot form is a combination of Valt and Shu's shoot forms. He spins around just like Valt but his launcher is setted horizontally and at the end, shoots like Shu's DB launch.

3) Watashi Machiya is Fubuki Sumiye's favorite student. (Well maybe it's obvious lol)

4) Ben Daikokuten just got into beyblade. It's been four months since he started Beyblading.

5) Dax Koryu is not gonna appear in this fic, cuz well... I dunno where to put him

6) There is going to be Prequel on Kiwami, maybe short (You can call it a prequel arc ig)

7) Chikara Arami used a combo of Dangerous Valkyrie1 Karma Evolution -3 when he battled against Ichiban in finals of National Tournament, Ichiban defeated him with the score of 3-1. (He also defeated Paige Crassus easily without any loss of points. While Chikara barely won against Watashi with the score of 3-2).

So, I like to say that, this fic is not dead (yet) and I was having writer's block since last month, just got out of it.

And a little update regarding Kiwami,

1) LegendJustice, your character, Dax Koryu won't be appearing in this fic. I cannot find a place to fit him in the plot.

2) Ichiban Aoi, Azef Ishikawa, Light Sawashiro and Levi Winters are getting some changes. (Ichiban and Light are getting some minor changes only)

3) I'll post Chapter 4 and 5 before 15th February.

4) You check the first post, I have made some changes regarding the story arcs and the whole plot.

Poor LJ, got his character ejected because the plot demanded. Jokes aside I'm curious for how it will turn out. I mean, I know the basic plot because you told me, but I wonder how you'll write it.
