Rebirth! Brine Poseidon!!
~In My Room~
(Someone knocks on the door)
Me: Come in, or not.
(Aiden opens the door)
Aiden: Are you ok?
Me: I’m fine.
Raina: Come on, you’ve been in here ever since we’ve come back from the Airship, you’ve gotta do something!
Me: I’m fine here.
Hiacan: We can fix Poseidon, we’ve just gotta try!
Me: Why should I?
Raina: You’re not just gonna stay here, you’ve gotta fix Poseidon and get Oribe back for what he did!
Me: What’s the point?
Pam: Is that seriously going to be your response to everything!
Me: Yeah, pretty much.
Hiacan: He just needs some time to himself, let’s go.
(Hiacan and the gang leave)
Dad: He still won’t do anything?
Aiden: Nope.
Raina: I’ve got an idea, it’s a long shot but it might work!
(Raina pulls her phone out of her pocket and dials a number)
Aiden: Who are you calling?
Raina: You’ll find out soon enough!
???: Hello?
Raina: Hey, it’s me, Raina!
???: What’s going on, Raina?
Raina: It’s Percy, he--
???: I watched the battle, is he ok?
Raina: That’s what I’m calling you about, he’s in a real stump!
???: Alright, I’m in Japan for a bit so I can come over.
Raina: Thanks, Shu.
Shu: No problem.
(Raina hangs up)
Aiden: That was Shu on the phone?
Raina: Yeah, with him coming, Percy’s sure to get out of his funk!
Pam: I really hope so.
~At BC Sol Deep In The Forest~
Valt: Let it… rip!!
(Valt pulls off a powerful Beyjitzu Launch, Valtryek speeds around the stadium like a rocket)
Valt: That’s the stuff, now go even faster!
(Valtryek speeds up but then starts wobbling and stops spinning)
???: So, this is where you are.
Valt: Hey Free, what’s up!
Free: Nothin much, I was just about to do some training. What are you doing?
Valt: You heard about our new World Champion, have you?
Free: Yeah, that’s why I was looking for you.
Valt: I can’t let someone like that be the World Champion, I’m going to take him down in a title match!
Free: If you wanna take him down, I suggest upgrading Valtryek.
Valt: *Gasps* What do you mean?
Free: Your driver can awaken, can it?
Valt: Yeah.
Free: And if you find a way to boost Valtryek’s attack power, you’ll be able to beat Oribe and Overlord.
Valt (Thoughts): Maybe instead of a bound attack, I could go for a hardcore rubber slam attack.
Free: Valt.
Valt: Yes Free?
(Free’s eyes glow)
Free: Beat Oribe, he’s not ready to be World Champion.
Valt: Free, you can bet your deers on it!
Free: *Smiles* I know you can!
~In My Room~
(Someone knocks on my door)
Me: If it’s you guys then leave me be.
(Shu opens the door)
Me: Hey Shu.
Shu: Hey Percy, are you alright?
Me: I’m sitting here with all my life dreams crushed, yes I’m ok.
Shu: If I’m being completely honest, right now it’s you who’s ruining your life dreams.
Me: Excuse me?
Shu: You're sitting there instead of fixing your bey and getting back up again.
Me: *Sighs* I’m scared.
Shu: Of what?
Me: Poseidon being destroyed again, it was hard, I never want it to go through that again.
Shu: You can’t run away from your problems, you need to charge in and face them head first!
Me: Easy for you to say, you’re one of the strongest Bladers in the world!
Shu: You think getting there was easy? It was one of the hardest times in my life, but I had a friend, a friend who supported me no matter what was going on, even when I wasn’t supportive back.
Me: *Sighs* Do you always have to be so sappy?
Shu: Learned from the best.
Me: What are we doing, we’ve got a bey to fix!
Shu: That’s the attitude!
(I run out of my room and head straight for the workroom)
Raina: Wow Shu, you work miracles!
Shu: It was nothing.
Hiacan: Why don’t we help Percy create the new Poseidon!
Raina: That’s a great idea!
~In The Workroom~
Hiacan: So Percy, have any idea of what you want Poseidon’s evolution to be?
Me: Well, Poseidon’s evolution will feature all of the past upgrades, it's also going to be way more powerful than before!
(Me and Hiacan start typing fast)
Raina: So, what should we do?
Me: Fire up the printer!
Aiden: You’ve got it!
(Aiden and Raina turn the printer on and get it ready)
Hiacan: If you put a bit more metal here.
Me: And two huge blades here!
Hiacan: Add some rubber.
(The image pops up on the screen)
Me: This is going to be awesome!
Pam: Um, can you translate all of that?
Hiacan: Basically, Poseidon is going to be stronger than ever!
Pam: Alright, that I can understand!
Me/Hiacan: Let’s get working!
~In BC Sol’s Workroom~
(Valt works on his bey)
Valt (Thoughts): If I take away Valtryek’s bound attack, it’ll be able to hit harder and be able to go faster!
(Valt finished his upgrades and attaches them to Valtryek)
Valt: It’s done! Heroic Valtryek is completely upgraded!
Free: So, you upgraded Valtryek, just like how Percy upgraded his bey.
Valt: You could say I got inspired by him!
Free: Then why don’t we test it out?
Valt: Sure, I still want Valtryek to awaken so it can go way faster!
~At The Stadium In The Forest~
Free: Ready?
Valt: You bet!
Free/Valt: 3! 2! 1! Let it… rip!!
(Free and Valt pull off powerful Beyjitzu Launches)
Valt: Go Valtryek!!
Free: Take the center, Fafnir!
(Valtryek hits Fafnir with a barrage of attacks, Fafnir takes the center)
Valt: Rush, rush, rush!
(Free flashbacks)
Young Valt: Rush, rush, rush!
(Genesis Valtryek hits Drain Fafnir with a flurry of attacks)
Young Valt: It’s time for a Spring Attack!
(Valtryek slams into Fafnir, Fafnir, and Valtryek both get shot out of the stadium, Free ends his flashback)
Free: You never change, do you?
Valt: Hit it, Valtryek!
(Valtryek slams into Fafnir, Valtryek gets sent flying)
Free: Attacks like those won’t get through.
(Valtryek catches onto the stadium rim and picks up speed)
Valt: Go, Partner!
(Valtryek’s driver awakens, Valtryek starts going super fast)
Free: *Gasps*
Valt: Ultra Heroic Flash!
(Valtryek speeds up and heads straight for Fafnir, Fafnir and Valtryek start wildly clashing, energy bursts all around the forest making leaves blow in all directions)
Free: Drain Break!
(Fafnir speeds up and races around the stadium)
Valt: Valtryek!!
(Valt’s Resonance Aura flares up Valtryek blazes out of the bey)
Valt: Time to end this! Heroic Saber!!
(Valtryek picks up speed and slashes at Fafnir with full power, Fafnir bursts)
Free: *Gasps*
Valt: That’s our true power!
(Valt smiles)
~Back At My House~
(Poseidon’s shadow stands behind me as I work)
Me (Thoughts): Poseidon, I’m almost done! You’ve just gotta trust me!
Poseidon: I trust you to unlock our true power!
Me: I’ll beat Oribe, and I’ll create the strongest Hydro Blaze ever because that’s how strong our bond is!
Poseidon: Yes, that is what Beyblade is about!
Poseidon/Me: We’ll take the world by storm!
(I finish working)
Me: It’s done! Brine Poseidon!!
(I hold up Poseidon)
Raina: It took you four hours but you finally did it.
Me: You mean we did it.
Shu: We sure did.
Me: How are you feeling Poseidon?
Poseidon: Good.
Shu: Percy, do you wanna battle me?
Raina: Are you serious?!
Shu: As serious as I’ve ever been.
Aiden: Awesome!
Me: We accept!
~In The Warehouse~
Shu: So this is where you battled Valt and Free.
Me: Yeah, I’ve battled all types of Bladers and won!
Raina: We’ve battled here too you know!
Shu: Well then, shall we get started?
Pam: Right, Inspect your opponent's bey!
Shu (Thoughts): Brine Poseidon, a Clockwise spinning Balance type. It looks like it has two huge blades that have rubber on them and two smaller ones. Looks like he kept all of its upgrades on it except you can’t remove them. The B Gear keeps its free-spinning and locked motions and Poseidon’s layer has two small rubber blades to absorb spin. Wow, Percy did a great job on this, but unfortunately, I’ll have to beat him!
Pam: First battle!
Me: So, what do you think about Brine Poseidon?
Shu: It’s a cool bey, but I’ll have to beat it!
Me: In your dreams!
(Shu puts Spryzen in Counterclockwise Attack Mode)
Pam: Ready? Set!
All: 3! 2! 1!
Me/Shu: Let it… rip!!
(Me and Shu pull off mega-powerful Beyjitzu Launches)
Hiacan: Woah, strong launches from both sides!
Shu: Go Spryzen!
Me: Let’s do this, Poseidon!
(Poseidon and Spryzen slam into each other, Spryzen gets sent flying up)
Shu: *Gasps*’
Raina: Poseidon’s still a heavy tank!
Shu: Counter Break!
Me: Counter that, Brine Launch!
(Poseidon and Spryzen hit each other with a mega-powerful barrage of attacks, energy bursts out of the stadium)
Aiden: How is he keeping up with Shu?
Raina: I don’t know, but it’s working!
Shu: Time to end this! Spryzen!!
(Shu’s scar glows brightly as his Resonance Aura flares up and Spryzen blazes out of the bey)
Shu: Superior Whip!
(Spryzen speeds up and slams into Poseidon sending it flying in the air)
Me: Poseidon!!
(My Resonance Aura flares up Poseidon blazes out of the bey)
Me: Trident Geyser!!
(Poseidon slams down on Spryzen, a huge explosion ouccers blowing smoke in all directions)
All: *Gasps*
(Spryzen gets shot out of the smoke and lands out of the stadium)
Shu: *Gasps*
Pam: It’s Brine Poseidon, with a ring-out finish! Percy wins!
Me: I won!
Aiden: No way, he beat Shu.
(Shu walks up to me)
Shu: That was an awesome match, I can’t wait to battle you again!
Me: Same, here, but don’t be surprised if I beat you!
Shu: Well--
(The TV flickers on)
Hanami (ON TV): Important news Bladers and Beyfans! Tomorrow, Valt Aoi will be facing our new World Champion, Oribe Abiko! This match is going to be skill vs skill! And I personally can’t wait for this battle! It’ll be live tomorrow in Japan! So I’ll see you all there!
(The TV turns off)
Me: Valt’s going up against Oribe?
Shu: It looks like it.
Raina: Valt needs to take him down, tomorrow, we’re going to cheer on Valt and help him beat Oribe!
Aiden: We sure will!
Me (Thoughts): I hope Valtryek doesn't get destroyed.
