Updates!

So I'd like to announce some things with this post.

Release Dates: X: Spark and Mythic Burst are now no longer going to be released on certain days, I will simply post once the chapter is finished. It will help my mental health and allow me to feel better and have some time to work on the chapters better, and also end the series quicker rather than dragging them out.

Break: I will be taking a week break till 4/21. I need the time off and hopefully I can write a lot to lessen the burden on myself. As if I don't do something soon, I could end up cancelling due to stress and trying to do so much like write my own story, work on drawing, get schoolwork done and keeping everything balanced is hard, hopefully you all understand.

Updates!

So I'd like to announce some things with this post.

Another Update:

Alright time to make a full post about my current view on my series.

X: Spark: I expect to have X: Spark to return around someday like June 17th though I may have another post related to whether or not I end up getting a job. Though I expect to get back to writing X: Spark soon enough. May finish it before Summer, may also not. We shall see.

Mythic Burst: I don't honestly know what is going to happen with Mythic Burst. As far as I know right now, I am announcing the indefinite hiatus of Mythic Burst.

Hey, it's been forever! I'm not dead(sadly.) The WBO was blocked soon after my last post, so I haven't been able to post my series and obviously lost interest writing them when there's no way to post them. How am I posting right now, you're probably wondering? I was able to use an old VPN to get on. But there's no guarantee, it will continue working. So, sadly until I get my own laptop. Both of my series are in an indefinite hiatus. It truly saddens me because I really wanted to continue writing them and had new ideas but I have no choice. I'm sorry to everyone who was looking forward to seeing the return of my series.

Okay, I know last night, I made a post about my unfortunate circumstance with the WBO being blocked, but the VPN is working so. I will try to finish X: Spark and Mythic Burst soon and possibly start some new fanfictions. I only have ideas and names right now but possibly expect these projects. Although, I refuse to start anymore projects until X: Spark and Mythic Burst are finished for obvious reasons.

{Takuya smirked as Tsugumi picked up Fox Ambush’s parts.}
Tsugumi(Calm): “You’re pretty good.”
Takuya(Confident): “Not just me. My entire team is amazing.”
Tsugumi turned away and returned to her team, Takuya doing the same.
{Team Kingslayer}
.
Takuya(Calm): “Alright then. They still have their other bladers yet. I don’t really know who to send up.”
{Takuya sighed as he sat down and thought.}
Chris(Calm): “I would honestly say sending you up again is our best bet.”
Takuya(Calm): “Are you sure?”
{Angie smiled and said,}
Angie(Confident): “Yeah, you’ve got this.”
{Takuya then got up and smiled.}
Takuya(Confident): “Alright then.”
{He then walked to the stadium and saw a girl with messy black hair standing on the other side.}
???: “Well then, howdy!”
Takuya(Confused): “Howdy?”
Hikari(Calm): “Yeah, I’m Hikari. Howdy!”
Takuya(Calm): “Howdy, Hikari. I’m Takuya.”
Hikari smiled and locked her bey on her launcher, Takuya doing the same as the Ref called.
Ref: “Ready bladers!”
Both: “3! 2! 1! Go Shoot!”
{Hero Ares and Sphinx Combine hit the stadium floor, Sphinx took the center while Ares rushed to the ridge once it hit the edge, it flew towards the middle as Takuya called.}
Takuya(Flare): “Time to start! Hero Rush!”
{Hero Ares rushed from the ridge and began barraging Sphinx Combine though due to it’s balanced design of having two wing-like blades to defend while two sharp contact points similar to Dran Sword’s for attack.}
Takuya(Mind): “Those wings are smooth and don’t take much damage. I’ll have to really go for the Burst or Xtreme Finish!”
{Takuya smirked as Hero Ares rushed forward and struck Sphinx Combine, once it did, Sphinx tilted slightly and rushed from the middle.}
Takuya(Surprised): “Woah, what!?”
Hikari(Confident): “My Sharp Flat Bit has a sharp tip that once tilted hits the flat part allowing for attack and defense all in one!”
{Sphinx Combine rushed to the outer ridge and flew down as Hikari called.}
Hikari(Confident): “Now, Royal Rush!”
{Sphinx Combine flew from the ridge and began barraging Hero Ares.}
Takuya(Mind): “Dammit! She’s gonna beat us!”
{Sphinx Combine then quickly turned and struck Hero Ares’ ratchet, bursting it.}
Hikari(Confident): “And that’s our victory!”
{Takuya smiled as Hero Ares’ parts flew into the air, he knew he had been beaten now.}
Takuya(Mind): “I know Angie will be the one to win.”
Takuya grabbed Hero Ares’ parts as Hikari smiled,
Hikari(Happy): “That was fun, Takuya. We’ll have to battle again!”
Takuya(Happy): “Sure thing.”
The two then returned to their teams.
{Team Kingslayer}
Takuya sat down as Chris asked.
Chris(Curious): “So who’s up for Match 3?”
Takuya(Calm): “Angie’s got this. She’ll defeat their final blader with her new Medusa.”
Angie sat up and smiled.
Angie(Excited): “I’ve got this, guys.”
As she walked to the stadium, her mind went elsewhere back to the volleyball game from years prior. She was the captain of the Crimson Falcons during her sophomore year, she had hand picked the greatest team but they were facing the Cobalt Dragons which was the best volleyball team of the high school level. She always had nerves of steel, allowing her to play through tough matches without any fear.
Emilia(Scared): “Angie, we’re at match point. What if I fail the serve?”
Audrey(Nervous): “Angie, I’m getting really nervous, what if I fail my spike?”
Andrea(Calm): “Guys, we’ve got this. Angie doesn’t need anymore stress before the match.”
Angie walked to the group and smiled.
Angie(Calm): “Girls, we’ve been practicing for years to finally win the championship. We’re going to win this, don’t worry.”
{Angie’s confidence had a weird trait, where she could pass it to anyone. Anybody who was nervous that heard Angie’s confidence would instantly feel better. After an intense match, the Crimson Falcons would win and take the first championship for Scarlet High.}
Angie smirked as she got to the stadium, Kao stood on the other side. The leader of Team Crown, Angie smirked while raising Medusa Glare onto her launcher.
Referee(Calm): “Both bladers ready?”
Both: “3! 2! 1! Go Shoot!”
{Deer Crown and Medusa Glare hit the stadium floor. Medusa Glare landed and rotated around the center, while Deer Crown instantly took the center.
{Team Crown.}
Tsugumi(Confident): “It’s almost funny. They definitely aren’t expecting Deer Crown and Kao’s power.”
Hikari(Calm): “Yeah, although Takuya probably could’ve went toe-to-toe with Kao.”
Tsugumi(Confident): “Only him, Chris and Angie don’t have the power to match Deer Crown. Kao’s Spark is also incredible, good thing I’m streaming this to show the downfall of another team.”
{Stadium}
Kao(Quiet): “Let’s hit them with Crown Strike.”
{Deer Crown tilted on the Plate Bit and rushed towards Medusa Glare striking it and sending it flying into the wall.}
Angie(Surprised): “Such power!?”
{Deer Crown had a oval-shaped wheel which was made for counter attacking, combined with the Horn4-60 Ratchet which helped increase attack power. The Plate Bit on the other hand gave the Bey, incredible stamina which allowed for a high stamina, high attack power bey.}
Angie(Mind): “I’ve got to counter this bey with all my power, or else I’ll definitely lose. Although, I noticed somethings off with her Bit.”
Tsugumi(Mind): “She must be noticing Deer Crown’s one flaw right about now. We traded the Xtreme Dash ability to absolutely maximize stamina.”
{Medusa Glare hit the floor as it began wobbling.}
Takuya(Nervous): “She had that much power?”
Chris(Nervous): “This could be a loss for us.”
Angie(Confident): “We ain’t backing down! Medusa!”
{Medusa glowed as the avatar emerged from the Gear Bit. Angie clenched her fists as her spark awakened. It took the form of snakes on her hair as she called.}
Angie(Spark): “We’ll beat you!”
{Kao stepped back as she watched Angie’s awakening. She then called.}
Kao(Calm): “Deer, let’s take them out!”
{Kao’s spark awakened at that moment! Taking the form of antlers on her head.}
Takuya(Mind): “Their sparks are wild! They both are going all out!”
Ares(Mindscape): “This is truly exciting!”
{Medusa Glare shot down as Deer Crown shot towards Medusa Glare. A collision course destined to happen.}
Angie(Spark): “Give ‘em hell! Venomous Bite!”
Kao(Spark): “Burst ‘em! Bucking Upper!”
{The two beys collided with power equal to that of Hero Ares. Takuya watched as the Spark ignited further and further. Just as Deer Crown went for the kill, Medusa Glare tilted ever-so-slightly striking the Horn4-60 Ratchet abusing it’s major flaw. It’s design was great for providing attack but it had terrible burst resistance if hit on the horn’s edge. The counter blades of Medusa locked on and twisted, throwing Deer Crown to the middle.}
Takuya and Tsugum(Shocked): “It didn’t burst!?”
Kao(Mind): “She could’ve bursted me! Why didn’t she!?”
Angie(Spark): “Now it’s the end!”
{Medusa utilizing it’s Rubber Bit, built momentum and locked onto the Xtreme Line, rushing around the Line revealing Angie’s plan.}
Everyone(Shocked): “She’s going for an Xtreme Finish!”
Angie(Spark): “End it! Xtreme Slithering Toxin!”
{Medusa Glare launched from the Xtreme Line, striking Deer Crown with all it’s force. Deer Crown flew back into the Xtreme Zone, as the Referee called.}
Referee: “Angie Woods with an Xtreme Finish, awarding 3 points to Team Kingslayer, giving them the victory!”
{The crowd went wild as Angie stood there, her spark diminishing. The cheering and applause reminding her of her victory for the volleyball team. Takuya and Chris leaped from their seats and ran up, both hugging Angie tightly.}
Chris(Proud): “You did it, Angie!”
Takuya(Overjoyed): “I know you could do it, Angie!”
Kao grabbed her bey and smiled.
Kao(Mind): “I’m glad, they won. They seem like such a great team.”
{Tsugumi and Hikari smiled as the match ended. Being a strong team left Team Crown most of the time, lonely. Their matches would always go the same. But Team Kingslayer gave them a fun match.}
Kao(Calm): “Thanks for the fun match.”
Angie(Excited): “Of course, let’s do this again sometime.”
{Both teams eventually returned home to celebrate the match. Returning to the WBO, where we last left off.}
Head: “Team Eclispe, I have something to tell you.”
The White Knight(Calm): “What’s up?”
Head: “The WBO has organized a tournament to decide the next Xtreme member who will stand alongside you, White Knight.”
Kagami(Confused): “So who’s participating?”
Head: “The following teams have proven their worth and will be in this tournament.
Team Kingslayer, consisting of Takuya Takeba, Chris Woods and Angie Woods.”
The White Knight(Mind): “Takuya.”
Head: “Team Myths, consisting of Kazuki Suzuki, Toshiki Kobayashi and Chiharu Kobayashi.
Team Crown, consisting of Kao Hanada, Tsugumi Hanada and Hikari Kojima.
Team Xero, consisting of Hiro and Ryokui.
Team Trench, consisting of Mizuki Hanabusa, Kaito Meiden and Enkai Nakagawa.
Team Breakers, consisting of Ichijo, Syuuto and Minato.
Team Rise, consisting of Fuji, Fumiya and Lodin.
And finally, your team.”
The White Knight(Excited): “This is shaping up to be interesting.”
{Kagami and Shinobu smiled as The White Knight looked out the window and watched the horizon.}

Long time no see....

Hey, to anyone who even checks this stupid thread anymore, it's me; beansworth. The writer and creator of Beyblade Burst: Mythic, Beyblade Burst: DualBurst, Beyblade Burst: Mythic Burst and Beyblade X: Spark. Let's be real, it's be nearly a year since any updates. It's safe to say these series are dead, and it sucks but I unfortunately just couldn't nor can I write any series anymore. I would love to return to finish X: Spark in the near future, but there's just no guarantee. And this is probably reviving a dead thread, so I don't really want to do this, but I think maybe there's some people that read this thread and were maybe hoping for the series finale? IDK though, the "Your Creations" tab has been dead since Burst ended and I should've accepted that a long time ago.

TBH, as someone who shared a lot of his life on here, I just want to explain why I stopped. My life went down the drain and I was near death for a while until I finally got a little better, but I'm still not and it's hard to find the motivation to post stories that presumably no one reads anymore.

So, finally. This is it, if you want to follow a new era of me, Dusk to Dawn is my secondary account that I go to tournaments with, and have shown my personal favorite system series on. Anyway, this could be the 100% end of beansworth or maybe a chapter closed till a further date. But either way...

Beyblade, a sport in which bladers and beys team up to become the ultimate blader.

{The scene slowly pans into view, a large boat breaks the waves with a teen standing at the front. They stand at the front as their hair blows in the wind, a smile so bright it could rival the sun.}
???{Enthusiastic}: “Japan! I’ve finally arrived!”
{The teen raised their hands into the air, this is our protagonist: Keith Shadis.}
Keith {Enthusiastic}: “The birthplace of Beyblade!”
{The boat soon docked; Keith ran down the ladder. He ran past every person standing, waiting for loved ones to come off the boat, his sight on the nearby Beyblade Park. As he ran into the park, he saw a massive crowd around the first stadium.}
Judge: “Alright, kiddos! It’s the final battle of our local tournament!”
{Keith ran up and looked through the crowd. Two teens stood at opposing sides, one had short brown hair whilst the other had long brown hair that reached to about shoulder length.}
Judge: “On the left, we’ve got Benjamin Wither! On the right, we’ve got Baki Alcazaba! Let’s hear it, folks!”
{The crowd began cheering as Keith watched the two bladers prepare.}
All: “3! 2! 1! Go Shoot!”
{Two DB Beys landed in the stadium. Prominence Belial2 and Guilty Fafnir began spinning in the stadium. Prominence Belial took the center while Guilty Fafnir began spinning around the tornado ridge.}
Benjamin {Calm}: “Alright! Guilty Fafnir strike ‘em down!”
{Guilty Fafnir rushed from the ridge and began barraging Prominence Belial. Though every hit seemed to do nothing as Prominence Belial was in it’s Heavy Mode, designed to hold the armor on longer than regularly.}
Baki {Calm}: “Come on, Ben! You should know that old technique won’t break me!”
Benjamin {Irritated}: “I’ll show you, Baki! You think you’re so special since you’re Boa’s cousin.”
{Guilty Fafnir rushed down and continued it’s barrage. Still to no avail, Ben grit his teeth as Baki called.}
Baki {Calm}: “Prominence Burst!”
{Prominence Belial2 struck Guilty Fafnir into the sky, it burst in front of the entire crowd’s eyes.}
Judge: “And that’s the win for Baki!”
{The crowd began cheering even louder, Keith smirked and pushed through the crowd.}
Keith {Excited}: “Hey, Baki! Battle me!”
{Baki turned to Keith, he had no idea who this guy was.}
Baki {Confused}: “Why should I? I have no idea who you are.”
Keith {Excited}: “I’m a blader that came from Brighton, East Sussex, Europe! I came here to see what the home of Beyblade was like!”
Baki {Confused}: “You do know Japan is known for more than just Beyblade, right?”
{Keith nodded quickly, Baki sighed and looked at Keith once more.}
Baki {Calm}: “Alright, sure. I’m on a good streak of wins.”
{Keith smirked and ran to his side.}
Benjamin {Snarky}: “If I couldn’t beat Baki, then this “Blader from Europe.” Sure ain’t gonna stand a chance!”
{Benjamin and his lackeys began laughing, Keith smirked as he raised his bey.}
Keith {Excited}: “This is my partner; Burst Achilles!”
Baki {Calm}: “And, this is my partner; Prominence Belial2!”
{Both bladers locked their beys onto their launchers. The judge raised his right hand and called.}
Judge: “Alright! Now, let’s get ready!”
All: “3! 2! 1! Go Shoot!”
{Prominence Belial2 and Burst Achilles hit the stadium floor. Prominence Belial2 took the center while Burst Achilles rushed and struck the stadium ridge. Something was different though.}
Baki {Mind}: “His entire aura is different than Ben’s! It’s almost like…Sync!”
{Keith clenched his right fist, he swung it down as he called.}
Keith {Excited}: “Let’s win this! Burst Slash!”
{Burst Achilles rushed from the ridge and struck Prominence Belial2, bursting it in one strike. Everyone watched as the boy who had just won their tournament lost to this nobody.}
Baki {Shocked}: “You’re powerful!”
Keith {Excited}: “Thanks for the battle, Baki! You’re one powerful blader!”
{Baki smiled and stuck out his hand towards Keith. The two shook hands and went their separate ways. As they walked through the streets of Japan, they both made their way to the Blading Shop, apparently there was major news today straight from the WBO. The two boys walked to the entrance and saw one another.}
Both {Surprised}: “Baki/Keith? What’re you doing here?”
{Both boys laughed as they spoke at the same time.}
Keith {Calm}: “Well, I heard there was new blading news and it would be broadcast at Blading Shops, so I had my GPS set for one since I got here.”
Baki {Calm}: “Same here, I hear that Valt will be sharing news.”
Keith {Curious}: “You think he is going to retire?”
Baki {Calm}: “Maybe. Let’s see.”
{The many TVs in the blading shop shared the WBO symbols rotating in circles, just as they turned to watch, the scene changed to show Valt Aoi standing at large desk. Shu Kurenai and Free De La Hoya stood next to him.}
Valt {Calm}: “What’s up, bladers! The WBO and I have some major news to show off.”
{Keith looked at the desk and saw Valt’s bey: Valkyrie, sitting on it. Just as he watched, Valt picked Valkyrie up and showed it to the world. It looked different though, not a DB bey.}
Keith {Mind}: “No way! He’s…”
Valt {Excited}: “This is my Mythical Bey: Holy Valkyrie! We’re broadcasting today to announce a new system!”
{The crowd at the blading shop went wild, Baki turned to Keith.}
Baki {Excited}: “They announced a new system!?”
Keith {Excited}: “I can’t believe it!”
{Valt unlocked his bey and took it apart. Each part’s 3D render flew onto screen. There were 5 parts on the screen.}
Valt {Excited}: “I’ll show off each part now! There’s the Core…”
{The Core of Holy Valkyrie took front and center. The Core features the main teeth and motif of the bey, in this case: Valkyrie.}
Valt {Excited}: “Next, is the Blade…”
{The Valkyrie Core grew smaller and went back to the corner. The Holy Blade went front and center. The main contact points of the bey were housed on the Blade.}
Valt {Excited}: “Now, the Armor…”
{The Holy Blade returned to the corner. The Run Armor came front. It was the main metal weighting on the blade, and it locked beneath the Blade.}
Valt {Excited}: “Next, are the returning parts. The Disc and Driver…”
{The Run Armor went back to the corner, as the Hurt Disc and Ultimate Reboot’ Metal Driver came up together. They remained the same, the main metal weighting of the whole bey and the main contact with the stadium and part that determined the Bey’s typing.}
Valt {Excited]: “That is what makes a Mythical Bey! Now, I hope everyone out there goes and makes their own! Till next time!”
{The broadcast ended and the same WBO symbol began circling, Keith and Baki turned to one another.}
Keith {Excited}: “I’m so excited! I’ve got to make my own Mythical Bey!”
{Baki smiled and asked.}
Baki {Curious}: “The printers in the shops will be crowded for days. Do you want to come to my place and make your own bey?”
{Keith nodded and the two ran to Baki’s house, located in the Chiba Prefecture of the Kanto Region. Once the boys arrived, Keith looked at the mansion that sat in front of him.
Keith {Shocked}: “Woah! Your place is huge!”
Baki {Calm}: “It’s too big in my opinion.”
{Baki opened the door, a large staircase sat in front of them, a girl leaned against one of the pillars.}
Baki {Surprised}: “Hey, Irene! Good to see you.”
{The girl, presumably Irene, turned to him and smiled.}
Irene {Calm}: “Hey, Baki. Good to see you got here.”
{Keith smiled at Irene, she raised an eyebrow but turned and walked upstairs as Baki lead Keith to their blading room. A custom WBO BeyPrinter, multiple stadiums leaned on the wall, a computer and large TV in the near corner. Baki walked to the BeyPrinter and turned it on while walking to the computer. He opened a 3D modeling software and pointed to the computer next to him.}
Baki {Calm}: “I’ll work on this one, you got that one.”
{Keith nodded and walked to the computer. The two boys would work for the next hour and a half, modeling and printing their beys. After finally finishing, the two boys would turn to one another.}
Keith {Excited}: “This is my Mythical Bey: Destruction Kratos!”
Baki {Excited}: “This is my Mythical Bey: Dynamic Bahamut!”

{RE: WRITE}

Hey, what's up. It's beansworth...again...yeah. So, obviously if you're reading this thread, you can see that I started this {RE: WRITE} project during the summer of 2025. I had written up to Chapter 7, and then gave up. I thought it was fun, but I just burnt myself out of a cool idea very, very quickly. But, then 2026 came around and I quite honestly missed doing this. I miss the old community, I miss updating my story...so I decided to return to the {RE: WRITE} project.

Let me make this clear, however. It will take a little while for me to post the first few chapters as I believe I need to finish Arc 1, before I can comfortably post anything. So, I can say for sure, it'll be a minute until this truly begins. I want to prove to myself that I can do this.

So, yeah...my original fanfiction: Mythical is now in the {RE: WRITE} project. If anyone even still reads this thread, then during the time it'll take to finish Arc 1, feel free to re-read or read Mythical for the first time, to prepare for...

Adding below my original post, I would like to share some details about both myself and the {RE: WRITE} project.

How have I been?: I mentioned my burn-out, declining mental health and general issues in my life. I would like to fully share (without over-sharing) what happened to me. So, I have always faced mental issues, I just never truly understood them until I met my ex-girlfriend. During the time with her, I turned to bad habits...really bad habits. I dealt with my depression by...harming myself and I truly thought it helped numb the pain. I stopped for a bit, but then during the end of 2024, and beginning of 2025. We went through an extremely rough patch, long story short: we ended things. I was a senior in high school, so obviously it wasn't like the end of the world, but it really broke me since she kinda just screwed me up. As of late 2025, I really...really thought I would be a goner. But, here I am. I'm since began to work on myself and I'm getting better, but I've accepted this is pain that I will always live with.

{RE: WRITE}: Like mentioned previously, this project was originally planned to probably be over by now. But, I once again burnt myself out, which seems to be a theme with anything I wrote for the WBO since Mythical's finale. And even then, I burnt myself out of the original story and cut from 60+ chapters down to 50, which really screwed the pacing up. I'm not saying anything other than this is planned to be a re-write of the story from the ground up. There will be some new bits of canon, and I'll address those with the OG character profiles returning.

Closing Notes: I will make one last post and quickly share the chapter list and notes about some things.

Here I will note something: This chapter list is at the minute, the {RE} list, however! I have thought about extending the Battle Royale Cruise Arc to it's near original length. I will not set that idea in stone though, because I need to make sure I can follow through till Arc 5, if I can, then I would really like to re-write Mythical as the original project scope. But, we can only see how this goes.
