Requirements!

1. Link to vid.
2. Time stamp that you want the clip to start on.
3. Time stamp to end the clip.

If I keep doing this, yt recommended is gonna get messed up, but ok lol. Also, BeybladeManiac0, the longest the gif can be is 20 seconds.

The fps for 20 seconds was really bad, so I trimmed it so the fps was okay.
