Nope. There was a lot with Aries on YJA that sold for over 20,000 yen.
I didn't know the price for Pisces went up that high though Uncertain

umm good luck finding any of these. Both RBV were limited run last year so they would be sold out. RBV1 was a really small batch; that's why Aries is so expensive.

There's plenty of gaming stuff that sucks that is worth too much. Take , in my example, Yu-Gi-Oh.
Exodia. Sucks, goes for 80 bucks. Just the head goes between 15-20, for the new, non rare, silver letter version. I'm not looking up the MR version....
I'm just saying that, even though I'm going to play the game, doesn't mean I don't want a few pieces for a collection.
