FACE CONTEST: Design a Metal Fight Beyblade ... again!
i hate how i had to rush this because this was the only time i had to design this...excuse my sloppinees so...and i may not know a lot about beyblades in terms of weight and such but...here it goes =D
Chaos Ra BB120SF
Bolt: Ra
http://s980.photobucket.com/albums/ae283...G_0050.jpg
Although its a basic image and symbol of RA, i felt it was necessary to put it =D
Clear Wheel: Ra
http://s980.photobucket.com/albums/ae283...052.jpg%26
http://s980.photobucket.com/albums/ae283...054.jpg%26
Four fireball like entities circle around the wheel to depict the sun. A tail follows the direction of the spin (as you can see it is a right spin). The sticker used are of a blue flame to show uniquenes =P
Metal: Chaos
http://s980.photobucket.com/albums/ae283...056.jpg%26
http://s980.photobucket.com/albums/ae283...058.jpg%26
I was inspired alot by the lightning wheel and how some parts of the wheel stick out. so when i decided to make a metal, i thought about the name and thought what happens in absolute Chaos...and Armageddon suddenly came to mind...which i then started picturing meteors and fireballs and such (as you can tell i like fireballs...no pun intended). So as the wheel is a right spin, four fireball prongs stick outside the metal to showcase and attack wheel. This wheel would mostly be used as a smash attacker due to the design of the wheel. My original idea was that the round tips where to be covered in rubber...but i thought that wouldve been a cheap rip off of meteo...well here it is Chaos
Spin Tack: BB120
http://s980.photobucket.com/albums/ae283...060.jpg%26
Dont mind the sloppyness again lol...so this is BB120, BB which stands for Bladed Ball. Its alot like T125 but its wider and its if you notice has a bump on each blade. Again, this is used for Smash Support as it is almost as wide as the Metal.
Performance Tip: SF
http://s980.photobucket.com/albums/ae283...061.jpg%26
So i Wanted to put semi flat so that i could have a less aggressive spin to the bey. I do love RF and such for attack but...i didnt want it to be intense. The more aggressive this bey is the more i fear for the bey recoiling itself out.
well here you have it...its not perfect in terms of specs and all but you can get a clear picture of how its going to look. Enjoy!!!!

this is my beyblade!! i worked my best on it. it has horrible illustrations though!! here is my entry:
Beyblade Name:
Horus Pharoh
Face Bolt:
pharoh, resembles the face of a leader
Energy Ring:
Pharoh, it has sharp, ridges that are great for smash attacks
Fusion Wheel:
Horus, named after the egyption god of pharoh's, wields all of the blades power, very good defence wheel because of very low recoil, top tier defensive wheel
Track:
P145(pyramid), similar to 145, it has a big roundish, armor like surface around it, has a lot of ridges to defend against low attacks
Preformance Tip:
WD(wide defence), a great stamina tip, a much better subsitute for sharp, or fs, has an upper advantage with spin time since it wobbles a lot when it is losing spin velocity
that is my bey, this is my one and only submission for the contest, hopefully you guys like my illustration!!

We don't have access to your files, since we are not on your computer.
You needed to upload them to a site like photobucket or imageshack.

Wow everyones looks so cool!!! I want to see more creative ones by thursday!!!! Come one peeps get your entries in =D
Dang it I just finished my bey and it was called sandstorm seth also well back to the drawing board.
edit: I have a new idea and I have to make a few changes to my original design since it wasn't copying anybody so I'll have it up tomorrow and to make sure no one takes this idea I shall be doing Lunar Thoth C(Counter)155SH(Shift) as my entry. Yay go backup plans

I don't know which goes where and there is no discription .
Justice Ma'at WF125 (Wing Fan) RHF/PF(Rubber Hole Flat/Polished Flat)
Face: Ma'at
Well, it's Ma'at' the Eygptian goddess of Justice
http://img72.imageshack.us/i/014yre.jpg/
Clear Wheel: Ma'at
Ma'at is a stamina type clear wheel. Most of the weight is on the edge of the feathers. It also glows in the dark.
http://img148.imageshack.us/i/015eo.jpg/
Metal Wheel: Justice
Justice is an attack type Metal Wheel. It has Smash and Force Attack. It is also a great spin stealer, due to the design.
http://img148.imageshack.us/i/015eo.jpg/
Track: Wing Fan 125
Wing Fan has 3 fairly far out wings. It has two modes. There is Down Force Mode and Light Force Mode. To change between modes, you push in the the wings, then rotate as you hold them in, when turned 180 degrees, let go. They will lock in place.
http://img688.imageshack.us/i/017db.jpg/
http://img7.imageshack.us/i/016uzz.jpg/
Bottom: Rubber Hole Flat/Polished Flat
This bottom has two modes, as stated. Polished Flat is very fast, nearly as fast as R2F. The difference is it has more stamina. Rubber Hole Flat is as expected. More stamina, little less attack.
RHF Mode: http://img713.imageshack.us/i/023tr.jpg/
PF Mode: http://img191.imageshack.us/i/021rry.jpg/
This bey is a powerful bey. Though it is prone to breakage and has as much, if not more, recoil than Lightning L-Drago, if properly used, it is a top-tier attack bey. Also, if WF125 is in Light Force Mode, the bey can be easily knocked around, if in Down Force Mode, the bottom has less attack power. In case you couldn't tell it's a right spin attack type.[/size]

fff.. I actually don't know who's going to win this competition, there have been some really amazing entries.
Although the actual parts of Ancient Pharaoh aren't that original, the presentation of this is sensational, but other entires who weren't quite as professional looking did have some more interesting part concepts.
This'll definitely be a tough call though.

Here is my entry:
Rebirth Kheprius RS145RBC
Type: Balance
Motif: Khepri, the god of rebirth and sunrise. Khepri is commonly depicted as a man with a scarab as his head, and is usually associated with scarabs and blue lotuses.
Face:The face depicts Khepri as a sunglasses-wearing, scarab-shaped skull. Behind "Khepri's head" is the sun with the letters spelling out "Khepri" in it, forming the textures of the sun. Because of the way it is positioned, the "skull face" and "sun" can be seen as a scarab rolling up the sun.
Clear Wheel: Kheprius - The Kheprius clear wheel features two scarabs followed by a blue lotus flower.
Metal Wheel: Rebirth - The metal wheel forms the "legs" of the scarab and has a miniature scarab rolling a ball along its front legs. As a pun on its name, Rebirth can be shot in "reverse"(left-spin) when it is paired up with the Kheprius clear wheel. Rebirth was designed as a pure attack wheel, and has significant upper attack that has not been seen with previous metal wheels. When used with a high track in right spin, its six "wing" protrusions are allowed to make direct contact with the opposing bey's wheel. When used on a lower track in right spin, Rebirth has access to the two mini-scarabs sloped upwards at the end of each successive set of wings. In left spin, Rebirth has some useable force smash when it is put on a high track.
Demonstration of smash and upper attack:
Track: RS145(Rising Sun 145)
- This is a gimmick track that can switch between a defense mode and an attack mode. The transformation between defense and attack represents the setting/rising sun and also represents how "khepri" can mean "transformation." The track in defense mode is meant to aid in life-after-death("rebirth") when used with a proper bearing core tip(not that one exists yet, lol). In attack mode, the spikes of RS145 give the track some smash attack at the tradeoff of having relatively high recoil. Because of the way the spikes are positioned, attack mode does not work properly in left spin. To change modes, you twist a knob at the base of the track(similar to CH120). This causes pegs(not shown in image) connected to the spikes to move along guiding rails that move the spikes to a different position. This transformation is similar to a transforming origami star(I don't have a picture of one but you should be able to find it on Google if you don't know what it is).
Bottom: RBC(Rolling Ball Change) - This bottom has a small, free-spinning metal ball that gives the beyblade some stamina when shot parallel to the floor. When used with banking or a sliding shoot, the bottom gives the beyblade a somewhat aggressive movement. The rolling feature of the metal ball represents how Khepri was said to roll the sun into and out of the sky.

Wow, this is very neat with great drawings and a good idea!
Good luck to everyone with the competition its almost finished!
Excellent work Royface. Very well drawn.
Here is my entry:
Face Bolt:
Amun-The king of the egyptian gods, was sometimes associated with the ram, a sign of fertility to the egyptians, which is why the face bolt depicts a ram and the word "AMUN".
Wheel:
Re-Named this way because of Amun's association with the sun. When pronouncing the name of this beyblade, it would be more proper to say Amun-Re instead of Re-Amun or just Re, or you may anger the bey's spirit. Re is made as and attack wheel, that is able to be spun both by a left launcher, and a right launcher. Right spin may be more appropriate for stamina, while left spin is better for attack. Re is very light, so it has great stamina potential. The attack sides are made to resemble the horns of a ram.
Spin Track:
SP105-Made with four sharp spikes, it adds significant weight to the light wheel and will also significantly slow down the opposing beyblade if it is to make contact with these spikes.
Performance Tip:
PRF-Meaning "Pogo-rubber-flat", this track uses a spring to recover from a high launch or jump and sometimes makes the beyblade jump repeatedly around the stadium.
Pros:
Metal Wheel- this wheel's ability to spin both ways makes it a good way to mix up your combos. Spinning it left would make it in Attack Mode, spinning it left would make it Stamina Mode.
Spin Track- this spin tack adds weight to the beyblade and can be a good attack if you can get this beyblade to land on the opponent.
Performance tip- adds a slight stamina boost because of it's shock absorbing spring and makes well use of the spin track SP105.
Cons:
Metal Wheel- though it has an attack mode, the smash attack capabilities are hindered because the attack points are less prominent, and in it's stamina mode, the attack points have a significant recoil and could result in a self K.O.
Spin Track- since this spin track is so small, it is unlikely that the spikes will ever make contact with the opponent beyblade, and would make the beyblade spin out early because the spikes would touch the ground.
Performance Tip- the "pogo" capabilites are only used affectively when the beyblade is launched higher than normal, and it might unbalance the beyblade.
EDIT: I am sorry if any of my designs are similar to others, I had no intentions of copying other's work and had no idea if they were entered.
EDIT:Where I got my info.

not much changed except I came up with a better track, and modified the plastic wheel and tip. I played around with a lot of ideas for the track, but all of them were needlessly complicated, and I really find that the most simple tops are the most effective.
I was going to work on elaborating my text/posting my concept work today but my dad needs me to go to the cottage ASAP and I don't really have time to scan anything. sooo heres what I've got, short and sweet-
Quote:Lunar Khonsu M90BWD
In keeping with the stellar theme of MFB, I tried to find an egyptian theme that also tied into the stars. I'm lead to beleive that the egyptians based a lot on astrology anyways.
This is a relatively small, but solid top. Picture (rock leone) for thickness and diameter. The metal wheel is quite smooth and defensive. I think I've illustrated the protrusions a little too promenantly, it was hard to get the desired design while leaving space for the plastic wheel, but I didn't want to omit one and leave it as a first gen. MFB.
Face bolt- Khonsu, the egyptian moon deity, was said to govern over space and time. I tried to focus the abilities of the top on long spin time to represent time, and the aesthetics are obviously to represent the moon and stars.
Plastic Wheel- cosmos- a series of stars, clear yellow ring with raised stars.
Metal wheel- Lunar- a defensive ring of rounded edges. The bumps are chiseled downwards slightly. It is based off of the lunar moon cycle. I was going to draw all the phases of the moon, but I am a sucker for symmetry haha ;;
track- 90 with metal inside the hollow parts of the track, as well as protruding slightly outwards. The small size of the track should prevent the overall weight from exceeding top standards.
tip- bearing supported wide defense tip. The free spinning part of the tip sits very shallow, preventing much wobble.
