Expensive Beyblades

I found this on ebay a few weeks ago. I dont remember these blades being very rare. Does anyone know why this went for so much money?

Though this might actually be worse ...
seriously i wonder how much i could get for my collection on ebay at this rate
WOW 455. I guess people are just stupid buying blades at those prices.
I loved how it said "great condition" while trying to make the lack of a stickers discrete Tongue_out Well, not so much plural but that's still not excellant condition, imo. Although in the end I guess it comes down to how battered the actual blade is.
Man, they're not even worth that brand new. Not even close.
Yeah Unhappy That's more than I paid for two brand new HMS blades including shipping from america to an american home, then from said home to the UK Tongue_out
I've seen some shocking prices on ebayUK for beyblades in the past months. A used Draciel F going for £40 and a used Trypio for £20. There are quite a lot of bidders on ebayUK compared to Ebay.com, maybe it's due to the rarity?

Are you kidding me?

I think you're right, pretty much the only way to get blades now is overseas, which costs alot for shipping or is generally alot of hassle (don't get me started XD), so people usually pay higher prices for the UK carp instead
It's not that hard to order from even Japan. People are just lazy.
Dranzer S and Dranzer electronic shooter going for just over £70! ($140US) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...:IT&ih=007
and Driger electronic shooter for over £50 ($100US)- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...:IT&ih=007

Crazy!

Holy carp, and those things are absolutely useless.
Wow.
People should really do some research before buying things.
I'm going to try stuffing a Dark Beyblade on ebay one of these days for $100 when I get a spare one to see if it sells.

People just don't research anything. "it's out of print OMG, IT MUST BE RARE!!!!"
It's not that much ...

Really? They were selling those around here for $5.

Someone just paid 25 bucks for a Dragoon MS.
Ehhh.
Its not extremely expensive..but its not a price i'd pay for one.
That is too much for sure.
