Okay, so let's say I want to make an event, and some people that aren't from WBO joins, can they join the event?

In the process of proposing your event and getting it approved by the Committee, the eight confirmed participants have to be members of the World Beyblade Organization, and it really helps your case if they do not have zero posts and did not use your computer to sign up ...

If all of that is good though and that you just know of other people who will come at the tournament later, then you need to write down the information required to make them an account here, otherwise Beypoints could not even be given.
