This Event will be outdoors, As such please prepare for the weather and dress accordingly.
The weather forecast will be checked daily starting 1 week prior leading to the event. Should there be a high chance of rain we will move the event to our regular venue provided space is available, at which point a $10 admin fee will apply.
All participants are strongly advised to bring drinking water to last the entire event.
Spectators and parents may wish to bring chairs and sun umbrellas.
Sunscreen is strongly recommended
We will be setting up near the Bandshell and use any area not occupied by other park goers
As this is a outdoor event, guardians are asked to not leave their youth participants unattended. Anyone not accompanied by a guardian under the age of 13 will not be allowed to participate. Participants between the ages of 13-18 not accompanied by a guardian will require to provide a emergency contact number in order to participate.
This will be our first outdoor event, as such I ask everyone to be patient and respectful to the staff.
Registration will be accepted between 04:00 PM and 05:00pm with the event starting at 05:15pm
!!IMPORTANT NOTICE!!
Anyone not registered by 05:00pm will not be allowed to participate. The 15 minute delay is to allow for setting up the tournament bracket.
Player participation cap: 20 players.
