Low (ロウ, Rō) is a Performance Tip released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Gatinko Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-148 Booster Heaven Pegasus 10Proof Low Sen on August 10th, 2019.

Low is a Performance Tip that resembles Eternal, with a metal dish instead of POM and a small funnel design above, akin to Armed.
In theory, Low should excel at Stamina Combinations due to its Low Center of Gravity, in truth it isn't as good as Eternal/Revolve for its time due to the plate's weight, as well as its placement exposing more of the Sharp, causing it to wobble a lot and decrease its LAD by a ton. While its height increase burst resistance, Eternal can do the same with comparable Stamina. As such, it is not recommended for serious play.

Low's gimmick, while interesting, ends up hindering it, and caused it to become unviable compared to other Stamina Tips such as Revolve and Eternal. Furthermore, its design causes a Scrape Hazard on the predominant Dynamite Battle Discs such as Giga and Over, making it outclassed by Bearing.
As such, Low is for collection purposes only.
