Weather permitting, we'll be back in FDR Park for a MFB Standard format tournament. This means that the tournament will be played in the BB-10 Stadium and using the Metal Fight Beyblades. If you prefer the solid, durable feel of metal or think that the metal series was better than the burst series, then this is the tournament for you! Make sure you read up on all the WBO Official Rules here!

Please be aware of your belongings: We'd advise users to please, please look after your stuff. While yes this is a Beyblade tournament and we're not suggesting that any of us would attempt to take each other's stuff it is still happening at a public venue where other people (who may not be so friendly) are going to be present as well. Of course, if you see a personal belonging lying around bring it up any of the judges so we can return it to the right person. Your co-operation is appreciated!
All players must arrive on-time: The tournament will begin promptly at 1:00 PM and is expected to run for about 2 hours, though if there is a large turnout it may take longer. Please plan accordingly. If you do not arrive at the scheduled start time, you risk being excluded from the tournament. The software we use to run our events–Challonge–does not allow us to add in extra participants once the tournament has started.
If you know in advance that you will be late, please post in this thread or contact someone at the event and depending on the circumstances we can perhaps still include you if we know you will arrive soon.
All questions about this tournament may be asked in this thread.

There will be no Burst tournament, since (at least in a worst case scenario) Standard tournaments tend to take a long time and we likely won't have time for another tournament afterward.
I'll have plenty of parts/combos for people to borrow, so don't worry if you don't have any MFB parts. :)

Only a week left until the tournament! Although it isn't supposed to rain that day, it is expected to be around 40°F, so please, remember to dress warmly!
Also, out of curiosity, would people prefer if the prizes were MFB or Burst Beyblades?

Wombat, I'd prefer Burst Bursts for prizes, only because you don't see many MFB Tournaments anymore.
I'd like an mfb prize, so we can reignite the metal fight battles we used to have
personally burst bc i have a lot of MFB but i wouldn’t mind MFB
Okay I'm super nervous about this since this is my first time even considering a tournament >< all of y'all seem to know each other already. Is it possible for one to come and just watch? I may participate but I'm still unsure since I don't have any customs and would probably just use an Earth Virgo or something. Plus I'm suuuper nervous so I dunno. I'd love it if someone could give me more information on this! Thanks in advance!

I understand being nervous, but, everyone is super nice so don't worry about it! And, not everyone knows's each over, a couple of the people here also are having their first tournament experience. And, you can just watch, but, don't hesitate to join! If you have any more doubts feel free to PM me! I'm almost always available to help a person in need!
