Does Heavier Mean Better?

NO!

Why Not????????
Turbo being 90 height is not why its bad lol. Its the gimmick as a whole thats bad. It could go from 70 to 50 height and its still be nigh unusable. The "passive to aggressive" type base has been a thing since Plastic Gen and it has never been good. "Aggressive to passive" has also been a thing since plastics and its also been bad every time we've gotten it.

Wizard Rod will still OS ValkyrieBlast Wheel despite the latter being 10g heavier, and likewise Clodsire will still be a better special tank than Dragonite despite a 170 BST difference

What does "BST" stand for?

Burst Standard Base Stat Total, so the sum of all the stats added together.
Hm, so that Base Stat Total analogy(?) explains a lot. So what I'm understanding here is that weight is one of the few key components that can make a Blade powerful, rather than the being the end-all-be-all.

Nah I’ve seen videos showing beys like sharkscale dominate on turbo specifically the bbgs I imagine spear in attack also dominating on turbo
I'd love to see someone attempt to make Turbo meta. Gimmicky Bits like it and Trans Point are my favorite parts to mess around with when making Beyblade combinations, and I'm confident there's a Blade that pairs well with it.

Yea drivers/preformance tips like reboot final drive and engine gear were so exciting and now we got turbo and it’s absolute cinema 🤲
"Heavier doesn't mean better" - everyone trying to make ghost circle viable
honestly if M-85 used a standard locking mechanism we'd see it being used a lot more
My combos are going to be a Bx-Cx lineup.
1. Phoenix Wing 1-70 Level - 49.30g - Attack type
2. Scorpio Spear 7-80 Elevate - 50.60g - Balance type
3. Valkyrie Volt M 7-80 Disc Ball - 61.30g - Balance type
I didn't pick Merge because it's too tall to use in these combos.
In most cases yes, but generally it can be unbalaned
There are other heavy ratchets Scorpio Spear isn't terrible on, such as 7 ratchets and 0 ratchets. 85 height is very bad on Scorpio Spear. If you wouldn't want it to be top heavy, try using Operate.

new operate tho
old ones are way too burst prone
Heavier sometimes means better sometimes doesn’t it depends on who your opponent is and what bey their using, heavy would be good if your opponent is using a light bey like horn rhino.
Sometimes stamina may not be good but attacks may be good depends what blade your useing.
Victory Valkyrie turbo is my favorite combo for fun tho it's not really competitive enough to be meta
It’s def gonna be heavy, but I’d be more concerned about the overall shape and height than weight.

Your combo sounds stamina-oriented but M-85 makes it pretty tall, so it might be easy for attack beys to take it down. On the other hand Scorpio’s weight could mess with other stamina beys, especially if DB can stay up. Tbh I don’t think it’ll be too bad, but it’s probably better for specific matchups than being top meta choice
