I assumed that there would be a higher number of GB decks based solely on the fact that this will be the first YCS where Starstrike Blast cards are legal, and GBs have a great matchup against Quickdraw/Debris-Plants.

I'm prepared for them. They're easily my worst match up but I've got more than enough side cards ready for them.

Does Earth come in Earth Aquila 145WD ? Hm, this is a difficult question.

This might be a dumb question but, even if it doesn't have good smash, can dark be used in a smash attack combo?

My WD is too worn to be used legally, so I'll just beat up the rest of my Earth Aquila and send it to Hasbro so I can get a new one for free.

How'd you do?

I finished 5-3. I lost in Round 8 (last round of day 1), knocking me out of day 2 and Top 32 contention. If I had won my last round I might have topped as well.

It sucks, but I'm not really mad about it. It was only my second attempt at a Shonen Jump/YCS so I'm pretty happy about it.
