I'm working on it. I'll consider my efforts successful until it kills me.
Cooking
I like cooking, just not like uber obsessed with it, I'm not good, but I'm not bad, unless I actually try to cook pancakes, make the mix fine, taste nice, just can't cook it without making charcoal
But my little special experiment with cooking is Sweet chilli mango and prawns with rice. Also Beef stirfry with lettuce and red chillis, Spaghetti bolognaise (easiest thing to cook in the world), and Chilli beef and rice soup. I also cook like dessert stuff but it isn't as fun as cooking meals =)
I tend to like my food with some sort of spice, but not overpowering spice as it ruins the taste of the food.

Made some pretty good soft Oreo brownies (without eggs or milk as well). Here they are https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZU0qe_X...p=drivesdk

This isn't considered necroposting because he is posting something relevant and is even encouraged by the mods to revive such threads.

Here’s what I used.
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour (all purpose un bleached)
3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder (Hershey’s brand, make sure it’s unsweetened)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water (if the batter is too thick in consistency add more water in intervals of 1/4 until it’s more liquidy)
1 cup vegetable oil (although I used peanut oil I usually vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
2. Stir all the dry ingredients together and once you’ve done that stir in the liquid ingredients
3. Once the batter is at the right consistency take as many Oreos as you want and place them in the batter (you can stir them into the batter, but I didn’t since I only had 3 Oreos at the moment)
4. Grease the tray (use vegetable or peanut oil) if you’re using if it’s NOT non-stick and yeah just wait
Shawarma Pizza
Preheat oven to 350 F
Get a piece of Shawarma roti, put some sauce like pizza sauce then put chesse then put Arugula and Capsicum. Put it in the oven and cook it, bake it until the edge/perimiter of the roti is crispy/brown or 2-5 minutes. Delicious and Easy .
