Confusing error with Beylogger

My beylogger finally arrived today, but when I tried to use it with the app, this error came up.

It tells me to make sure no other devices are connected and to turn the volume up to max, which I've done. I've also tried continuing with every combination of the settings checked, including both off. The beylogger itself is working fine, the green light shows it's in connection mode and the red light flashes occasionally to show it's working.
I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe if you have Bluetooth on or are currently charging your phone, it doesn't work, but I can't find any other reason for this behavior.

I'm still having the same issue, and I've tried it on both a Huawei P Smart phone and a Nexus 10 tablet. Is there a list of devices it definitely works with or a different way to transfer the data on it to my account, like through a PC or transferring it to a beylogger plus or something?
It's work on iPhone 6 and 6S. On Android it's more hard to connect a BeyLogger in 2020... :-/ What is your device ?

As I said, I'm using mainly my Huawei P Smart phone, but also tried my older Nexus 10 tablet and got the same error on both. So obviously it is both on android. I don't think the app is even available on a non-Japanese IOS device even if I had one XD
Was it used? If so have you tried resetting it?

Also check your devices if the audio jacks are 3.5mm trrs. I believe that't the jack the beylogger has. Meaning it has to be one of those audio jacks that support those headphones with a built in remote.

No, it wasn't used, but I might try resetting it (although I'm reluctant because I've recorded a huge number of battles with it). I can't find any details as to whether the jack is trrs, but it does support the headphones with the built in remote.

I've said this 3 times now, but it's a Huawei P Smart (original version not the 2019)
I'm not 100% sure my bet is that because its the device is saying its an audio issue that your devices are 3.5mm TRS which i believe you will need a Female 3.5mm TRRS to Male 3.5mm TRS

3.5mm TRS support headphones with that one remotes button
3.5mm TRRS supports headphones with head phones with the remote and volume control

The adapters are fairly cheap. It might also be good to try a 3.5mm TRRS female to what ever the usb charger port is.

Actually, that's probably the best outcome. Now I just need to wait until I get a new phone and choose one that's on the list, and don't need to worry about deleting my data or buying the beylogger for no reason. Thanks for the link, it was exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks. Yeah, the adapters are really cheap, I'll pick up one of each and see if they work Smile
