Take a 400x150 canvas. Make a new layer above the bg. Take a black splatter brush and brush around. Your result should be this
Make a new layer above it and take a splatter brush in a color which blends with the render. Use brushes with lines and dots. Brush around a lot. Duplicate this layer and flip it horizontally. It should look like this
Merge the two colored splatter layers and select the black splatter layer. Go to Layer>Transparency>Alpha to selection. Select the colored splatter layer and go to Select>Invert. Take a solid brush and run the eraser over the colored splatter layer. It should look like this
Your clipping mask is now ready. Now open your render and make a layer below it. With Black as the fg color make a radial gradiant map for flow and depth(keep it small). Use a C4D between the render and gradiant map. It should look like this
Now merge the visible layers and duplicate it. On the top layer, with Black as the fg color, go to Colors>Map>Gradiant map. Reduce the opacity of that layer to 50%. This should be your end result
