Sono Kong is just the Korean version, much like Hasbro is the American version of beys. Sono Kong is an officially licensed company.

k anywayz, some of the beyblades have both takara tomy and sono kong on it

Yeah, the Sono Kong ones are meant to have both Takara Tomy and their own logo on the box.
