I believe that nothing showed that GB145 was definitely good for Stamina though ...

Lol, the description you gave (balls move toward the outside of the track while spinning, causing additional spin retaining force) seems like Hasbro/Takara's description.

And I know that AD145 is good for stamina.

earth bull 100 wd is a really good combo. not the best but still good

Rock Gasher DF145FS, FS is good in Hasbro Stadiums.

Try getting Earth from Earth Eagle/Earth Virgo .
