LF is not made of rubber.

RF and R²F could be considered equal. RF has slightly more stamina, but R²F has slightly more speed.

85 is a better Track for Vulcan Horuseus. Many people choose over R2F because it has more speed and power. And with Vulcan's super Smash, it will help.

Flame - Fusion Wheel
ED145 - Spin Track
HF/S - Tip [Note: I usually keep it in attack mode]
I want to use flame so that ED145 is more exposed, and has a purpose, because otherwise i can just use 145, and it has good stamina qualities.

Do you want a high bey? I'm guessing that you do if you're after a stamina bey. Try
Flame Aquario C145 HF/S
That way you have Atk and Stm, you can also switch between with the HF/S tip. Flame also provides more space for wobble (stamina attribute) and the C145 for some defense.

Well you clearly did not mention what other beys you have

anyway instead of Galaxy use , Lightning ,Vulcan , Ray or Gravity

Remember l-drago is the only CW That fits lightning

instead of unicorno , use aquario or bull or gasher / cancer or maybe Kerbecs

Your combo seems attack oriented so i suggest use of 85 , 90 , 100 , CH120 or if your opponent is a 230 track based then use 145

R2F is top tier , only other things you can use are RF , MF or maybe XF

Any Parts that you have would help. But if you're after parts to obtain. If you're after a pure attack: Galaxy
Clear wheel doesn't really matter to me
R145 would be a good combination with Flame (to expose the track)
and RF/Rf2 (depending if you want speed or stamina [the difference is slight]) is good.
If you're unhappy with R2F, then HF would be good.

Attack: Storm Aquario 100HF/S (ok, get Lightning L Drago and Storm Pegasus and make Lightning L Drago CH120RF. Also get a Metal Face and put it on L Drago and your combo is top tier.)

Defense: Earth Aquario C145WD (ok, get Metal Face, Earth Virgo, and Ray Unicorno/Ray Gil/Grand Ketos to make MF Earth Aquario GB145 CS/RSF/RS which is top tier)

Stamina: Earth Aquario 100/145WD (top tier)

Also, don't you have SD on Dark Libra?
